Nyka has good products listed.
And also their delivery is veryfast.
But when it comes to return / refund. It's a nightmare.
Nyka tries to fool us by selling old products. Expired products. When we ask them for return they say it's a printing mistake.
Guys never fall for them. I have faced my losses
Please avoid Nykaa like covid 19. They will make you run from pillar to post if you want to return the product. Their customer rep will be rude and argumentative... they will ask you to send pictures with price tags from all angles. And then will not respond.So if you do not like the product or some size goof up is there... they will just not approve the return. Mantra, Fabindia, Ajio are far more prompt and co operative. Avoid Nykaa
I used to think nyka was amazing, the easiest way to buy any branded cosmetic or electronics. But think about returning something and ull change ur review. I had received the wrong curling tong amd when i asked to return they took a week to respond, after multiple calls i was asked to wait 72 hrs. Like seriously? Then they told me to self ship the product for a fault of theirs because they don't ship returns themselves of products of other brands. The lady at tje customer care has no knowledge and cant speak. Only repeats one irrelevant sentence like a parrot. Will try to never buy any product again!
Very worst delivery service. I ordered some products from nyka but i didn't get my prepaid product and delivery status showing delivered than i called customer care for complain but they didn't respond properly and the worst thing is that they were not ready to register my complain. Pathetic customer care service. Not recommended prepaid order.
I have been indulged with nykaa customer care for 3 months now. I was cheated with my product and there has been humiliation and embarrassment from nykaa. I have to wait for the customer care and they give me the time to call them as there system is not working. Then they send me the same recurring emails about my product being pickedup. Now i have been cheated with my money as there is no response and now customer care says our system not working. I thought they brand was something of an innovation but as the digital trend has started, you have become careless and unprofessional
I had ordered for wanderlust handwash received a defective product sent images of the same. It's been 5 days they are still investigating it. Now they want images of the carton box etc! Who preserves the carton and extra extra polythene they use to wrap it. I'm uninstalling NYKAA.
Guys you will not become rich to keep my 600 rs, shame on you, iam your old customer & you people frustrated me now... If order can't reach so why don't you give my money back, if I will file for dispute that's not good for your company reputation... I ordered few products of mac and bobbi brown from nykaa during pink sale and out of all one product they delivered me wrong and they are not ready to change that wrong product delivered. Highly dissatisfied from their customer service. I ordered mac foundation shade nw15 and they delivered me nc35 and cover of the product is nw15 but after opening it i found nc35. Highly stupid staff n poor communication services.

I ordered a pair of shoe from Nykaa Fashion and after a weeks not being delivered, I emailed them too but the customer service is so so pathetic, they don't respond well nor immediately and later I was confirmed that my order was cancelled without any information. Then when I ordered shoe for the second time, they sent me the wrong size. Never ever ordering from NYKAA Fashion.
I have ordered from Nykaa and received all wrong products, without wasting a minute I tried to find a way to return the product from Nykaa App but failed to do so.So I sent the email to support team and sent the pictures of the product and invoice. Without resolving the issue they sent me an email that your ticket has been closed. I tried calling customer care, every day they say please give us an hour time and our supervior will call you.Its been ten days and i am calling customer care everyday and they do fake promise everyday.

I have paid Rs 1571, a small amount but for me its a hard earn money and because of somone else mistake I lost my money. I never asked for money refund, just to send the right products or to refund the amount on Nykaa wallet for me to reorder. It is a shame that Nykaa team just ignored this problem. I lost my money but also lost trust in Nykaa too.
Ordered something but i got wrong parcel. Now i trued 4 to 5 times to customer care or i didn't get any positive result from there side just giving me the time again nd again or saying we will do something or you will get mail from our side. Now i they didn't replace the order neither return. Or within 15 days you can ask for refund. Now they are wasting yime or delaying or i tried to call customer even she don't have words to spoke or she hold me 25 mint or saying wait i will confirm or call will disconnect. They are things everybody is fool here... i got parcel someone else nd my address is printed on it or bill nd products will be on another customer.
So far i've ordered multiple items 4 times from nykaa. The first time i didnt receive 2 of my products yet they charged the full price. Second time i received products that were old and dirty and in the 3rd and 4th time i received damaged products and they didnt exchanged it, instead told me that i damaged it. NYKAA's a SCAM peoples. Worthless e-commerce site. Period.
I have received a wrong order. There's a variation in the colour of the eyeliner which I have ordered. I have not been able to return it. Also I haven't got proper assessment about this matter when I tried to connect nyka. I have also ordered a shampoo and conditioner for which I'm not able to track the order.
Seeing the popularity and all the adds in instagram, i thought its a good experience! BUT WORST SERVICE EVER! I placed the order on 4th Feb! Its 13th Feb no delivery, when the package is at the nearest point! All i had to update was my phone number! It took a day or two by executives to UPDATE a phone number! 10 f**king day- its 13th feb today no delivery! Customer executives are only good at words, Pretty set of english speaking hopeless people

Had a horrifying experience recently. Ordered a whole bunch of products and paid for them. Delivery was scheduled immediately, but at the end of the day I received a message saying delivery attempt failed. Nobody ever tried to call me or deliver the product. After several calls to customer care, delivery was rescheduled thrice more, but each time I received the same message - that the delivery attempt had failed. Customercare could not even help me with details of the courier service so I called them up myself, only to find that they did not delivery products to my pincode. So obviously, they had no intent to deliver.
The delivery logistics partner here is a company called Amaze/ ASNM Care.
Nykaa should seriously stop marketing and focus on after sales. I would rather buy these beauty products from Amazon, which has better logistics support than newbies like Nykaa, which has absolutely no clue how their products are reaching their customers.
I ordered a dress from nykaa the moment it got delivered i realised it wont fit cause of the size issue.it was way too small and quality was $#*!ty for a 3k dress, and i called up the same day but since then these guys r bull$#*!ting me. And not canceling or returning the order stating hygeine issues. What kinda of $#*!ing ecommerce site does that. Disgusting
They don't give leaves to their ill employees even during corona epedamic. When told that someone is seriously ill at family they don't want to give leave for them also. Heartless people's. Earings billions but want to cut salary for entire month of employees bearly earning very few thousand.
I bought 2 Lakme lipstick, kajal, cc cream and compact from Nayka. Delivered products were not real Lakme. I have been using Lakme since long and I know those products were not genuine Lakme even packaging were different so I ask for return and refund. But the approval is pending since long. Very Disappointing experience. Would not suggest anyone to use this app.

Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
