I have ordered 4 lipsticks and out of the 4 i recieved 1 wrong product and looks like the products were used and all dry. When I placed return they them self commenting " the product is good and we cannot approve return".
These people deliver ok products when they start the business and after getting popularity they start sucking customers money. I would request do not use such PATHETIC apps for your personal care atlest. Specially nykaa.
I placed order on 5/8/18 and its prepaid. Today is 22/8 and still I have not get my order. I tried so many time to call nykaa Customer care but they don't pick up call. L m scared I will get my order or not
Not happy with Nykaas courier service on the app it's showing it'll be delivered by 10th or 9th September I am waiting for my parcel then suddenly got a message that I'll receive it by 12th sept never want to order again
I recived 4 lakme products and can you believe products and they were not company sealed... All were open... And Nykaa given the Lakme/Nykaa authenticity certificate in nykaa site... what a $#*!ing online app it is... $#*!ing and fooling people... please don't buy from here please..
Had ordered a MAC powder. Got it damaged and then they sent me a coupon to use for my next purchase. However coupon kept saying invalid. I had to write them 20 mails to activate it. And it still didnt work. Pathetic customer service. I wish mac was available on Sephora.
I have order some products in march 2020.and I haven't got any delivery since today and no get any refund. I have called many time in customer care and everyone just told you have to wait. They didnt know about the status of order and complaint number history every time they ask whats the issue. Very much frustrated service. I suggest never go for it. Cheater
I have used it first time and the service was worst even i have return the product and they have mentioned it that i will get ny refund amount within 48 hr but seriously it been week time and I haven't received so I recommend kindly user take on own risk while using it
I will recommend all never book from nykaa their services are pathetic and entire process of delivery is unpredictable, infact the published TAT has lot of hidden days involve n their customer care are completely handicap to pass any request of customer to internal delivery team.
My order Id is- NKY**************. I have received my products on 16th November and after that I discovered that almost all the products were faulty.
(1) Mascara was dry.
(2) Shampoos bottle were not similar to the shampoo bottles that are sold in the salon
(3) The conditioner's packaging is faulty (for original packs, there is no seal of the conditioner below the lid, which exists in the pack which I received)
So I had raised a request for refund all these products on 17th November and had also attached the relevant photographs for reference.
But this is very disappointing that Nykaa Team did not respond till date.
I had ordered neutrogena combo which included serum and hydro gel which costed me Rs. 840, however i only received serum and not the gel so i initiated return request for the same stating that there is a missing product. My return was on hold for few days stating that i had not put enough description. So after multiple follow ups mu return request got through but i only received Rs. 749 for which i again did follow ups and i was told that i had applied coupon code which is not refundable. So i did email and call follow ups with customer care and they kept repeating that coupon code value can not be refunded. But i told them i am at loss here, i did not receive whole product because of your mistake of not sending whole product and despite returning whole product nykaa isn't refunding whole amount.

Nykaa is a fraud site. They took my 4000 rs and never credited it back. Worst producs they give they never give what u see online. Everything is just opposite. They stole my money and never returned it. U can see in the picture below that what I ordered and what I got. Ridiculous nykaa it's ridiculous
The product which I ordered was never received by us and we never shared any OTP as well for delivery. Even after that Nykaa updated in the system that the product is delivered to us. We reported the same issue to their customer care and every time they came back with the same stupid reason "investigation is not possible as the timeline has crossed 5 days from the date of delivery". And now I am left with neither the product nor the money as they are not even returning my money and not even trying to search for the lost items.
They have the worst customer care as every employee copy pasted the same stupid paragraph in response to your every email, like any bot response. Literally very annoying experience. This would be our last order from their stupid website. Fraudsters.
I order a nyx lingerie eye tint of 675 on 17 th Nov. I was super excited. Bt the product i gt was a used lipstick. There was a used lipstick inside the box. M so disappointed with nykaa. Cheap nykaa..
I have got my products today, trust me it was looking as if i have ordered from a local shop. The makeup product's palette was full of scratches and it was looking as if it was kept in their warehouse for a very long time it was looking old and i right away checked all the expiry dates but thank god i was saved. Seriously i am not happy that they dont even take care of the products quality. I don't know how they keep it. When you go out for a shopping you will buy the product or something which looks new to you, you will not pick that stuff which is looking old or shabby. I will never recommend Nykka to anyone one should go and buy the stuff from outside that will be better. I must say that the products were genuine and i got the delivery in 2 days that was really fast but not happy with the quality of packing.
Worst worst worst shopping experience and, worst and worst helpless bloody customer care people. Don't trust their brands because they are selling the cheapest products with highest price. They are Cheating people by not giving refund and telling we are responsible for the defect products. They don't even care after delivering products and not even try to resolve the issues. They just want the only money not customer satisfaction. Mainly mochi products, they are the worst cheating brand. Dont be cheated by them.
I placed the order on 2nd August, git two products which were not sealed so I requested for a replacement, they pickup the product on 9th August and I have not received the exchange product yet. The customer support service is pathetic in Nykaa, simply they bluff the customers saying they will arrange a call back which will never happen. It is really disgusting and frustrating waiting for almost 18 days now. I will not recommend Nykaa to anyone after this. Worst
I have purchased lipstick bur they were broken I have returned them but they have not refunded my money yet. They are providing me with ref no but my bank has not received any refund from that ref no. They are fake don't buy from them.
I have ordered sum Nai polish but all nail polish is crack and nail polish is spread in the box i have opened this box and suddenly i m shock see this product i can't believe it so bed experience with nykaa product very very bed
I bought a couple of tops during the covid period. I checked the entire website to make sure there was no clause of non- return ability in case of a size issue- nowhere dod it say that i cannot return.
When my products arrived, i realised i wanted to return one of the many products i bought due to a fit issue.
But i was told pointblank that it cannot be returned.
Been an avid online shopper even during covid times but none have refused return.
If there is an issue with returning products due to covid, it must be clearly mentioned on the home page of the website in addition to the returns policy section and at checkout.
But conveniently omitted to avoid drop in customer purchases for that reason.
And it was not even dealt with respect- very curt reply.

Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
