Actually it was my first purchase from Nykaa. I have ordered on May 5th Makeup revolution luxury powder banana, nail polish & mini lipstick 1 of each from Nykaa. Order No. NYK-**************. But i received only 3 mini lipsticks.
Regarding this I chat with nykaa team members everyday but their is no proper communication.
Finally today one guy started telling that they can't take it back because I've used those lipsticks. Actually they are making delay to answer. So only i started using it.
Anyway I've requested him that i don't mind paying you extra for those lipsticks but requested him to deliver what ever I've ordered. He's says that he couldn't help out.
They don't want to return my balance amount... Very disappointed. Why should I pay for 3 mini lipsticks Rs. 967? Worst service...
I recently placed an order for two items from Nykaa, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with their delivery service. After waiting for a long period I decided to reach out to their customer care for assistance. After two days I received an email stating that they were unable to deliver the items.This level of inefficiency is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and reliability from an online retailer, especially one as popular as Nykaa. The fact that they couldn't fulfill a simple delivery order is beyond comprehension.
I had ordered sanitizer for my grandmother on 18May 2020, it's a prepaid order. Till now I've not received the product. Moreover no delivery attempt was made, n OFD lock is applied on my order. Worst service ever.
Disgusting experience with. First of all my product didn't get deliver to me even after regular follow up with the nyka support via Mail and via telephonic conversation on customer care. Then suddenly after 10-15 days the status of my order is showing RETURNED. Most disappointing experience.
I had a chat with agent named Taniya for my delayed delivery, she was so lazy in replying, like I had to wait more than 5 mins for one line reply and she was just copying and pasting the script, no human touch, no apology, nothing rather when I asked a question she left the chat and another agent was connected asking me the same question again. It's not the first time, it's always, I pray that I don't have to contact their help centre, even though we can get almost every products in Nyka, they need to pay attention to their customer support because this is so crucial, please hire those who needs the job. Such attitude is not meant for customer support.
Horrible experience with the company and its delivery partner. The order was delayed multiple times with no clear reason ("certain issues"). The courier (Delhivery) posted ridiculous comments like "Open delivery requested" after each delay. My refund and callback requests were completely ignored. The customer care phone doesn't work, only email. Would never want to deal with this company again.
Actually I have bought one product which same brand. Nykaa is buying in 3756rs after discount but other site is buying in 1800rs same quality! They disable return open for this product, so I would like preferred others site. This is totally doing Ford... worst company. Dont buy any form nykaa. Personal experience!
Products in the website has wrong measurments and poor quality, we order last week and proof of purchase attached and its very small and not correct size, requesting for refund or credit to buy any. Items from the site but still not responding.

Don't ever buy from Nykaa., not responsive and poor quality not issued credit for any dissatisfied items as of now. Please share with your family
I have order set of 3 product from which 2 product I received of proper size along with size tag and on the 3 product size tag is not mention only because that product is not of that size only, when I contact to support team 1 day then didn't reply only and on same day I have sent email also were some time reply comes our concern team will get to back, after continuously been behind them then today some ganesh from there support team on chat reply that due hygiene reason we can't replace the product. In cloths product were the hell hygiene comes god know. This is my first worst experience with NYKAA hence no shopping from online. Nice way of fool people
I ordered around 4 items
1) lakme eyeliner - it looks old and used abd almost empty
2) garnier hair color - the developer in the pack was definitely empty
3) bra- it was ok but still not in good condition threads coming out.
4) lakme moisturiser - it was fine no complaint
Highly irresponsible site & clumsy customer support. I placed my order worth Rs. 2000 (prepaid) on 10th of November, it was due on 13th of November, it reached the destination but it has not been delivered till date (today is 25th!). Since I needed it by tomorrow, I requested refund, but the approval is still pending. Now, my money is stuck & I don't even have my products. Pathetic customer support. No value of customer's time. Please beware and do not order anything from this app. It'll leave you feeling helpless and will do nothing about it.
I have placed an prepaid order on 9th July 2020 which I haven't received yet. Order status showed order delivered on 25th June(even before i placed my order) At starting i thought it was system error and they will correct it... it has been more than 15 days but Nykaa... they have not taken any effort to even look into this matter. I have done multiple mails taken regular followup but nooo their customer care team is useless. I am attaching the pictures which shows it is system error.

I ordered for some products and haven't received it till date. The courier service lied that I was not available at my residence. I wished I ordered from Flipkart instead. Lousy customer service. No coordination between Nykaa and their courier service.
I had ordered a return. The pick up guy rejected the return because heels did not ha ve a price tag. I dont kno which heels have a price tag. Then it has been so many days i have been contacting them to do the return. Everyday they ask for 24 hours. It is harassment
I had a bad experience with Naykaa. The delivery boy kept the products with him and I got a message that the products are delivered. The next day I received my parcel and when I checked the products were different. Later I had raised a ticket to naykaa. It's been 4 days now still I have not received any response from them and they are not even receiving my call or reverting on my mail. Such a pathetic service they have. Never ever shop with this online brand.

I have ordered 4 lipsticks and out of the 4 i recieved 1 wrong product and looks like the products were used and all dry. When I placed return they them self commenting " the product is good and we cannot approve return".
These people deliver ok products when they start the business and after getting popularity they start sucking customers money. I would request do not use such PATHETIC apps for your personal care atlest. Specially nykaa.

Not happy with Nykaas courier service on the app it's showing it'll be delivered by 10th or 9th September I am waiting for my parcel then suddenly got a message that I'll receive it by 12th sept never want to order again
I recived 4 lakme products and can you believe products and they were not company sealed... All were open... And Nykaa given the Lakme/Nykaa authenticity certificate in nykaa site... what a $#*!ing online app it is... $#*!ing and fooling people... please don't buy from here please..

Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
