Nykaa is a terrible company to buy from. Extremely customer unfriendly. They have terrible packaging, items get damaged. But they will make it impossible to get a refund. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to return an item I received in damaged condition. I reported, sent pics, then more pics, many calls to customer service... no point.
I ahve order a product which is damaged now they are not even replacing it. I have been a frequent buyer however now I wont buy from them and going to share my experience with my colleagues, family and friends.

I can't trust on Nykaa now... Nykaa and thr delivery persons are cheaters I cancelled my orders, the delivery man didn't delivered the ordr and mentioned that he delivered my order. Even I have raised concern on this and asked nykaa team to come and check CCTV camera of my building whether parcel is delivered or not... Order at your own risk from Nykaa. Can't trust on this company.
I had a bad experience with nyka I had purchased one product but very poor just for one use it went no value for money at all no responsible also I called several times to customer care no bothered to help me also.
I need solution. U ppl can't even handle customer properly..
Order apples and get rotten tomatoes delivered. That is nykaa fashion. And what could be more proof than the fact that they do not allow return except when they have actually delivered a damaged product. If you have ordered anything and it is totally different from what was delivered to you, then you cant return it cause hey, it was a different product, but it wasnt damaged right? Keep whatever they deliver. These people would have 90% of their products returned if they allowed for it. They know what a poor service and product they are prodiving and won't make a penny from their product if not for the scam. These people need to be taken to court really!
I ordered a Lakme Lipstick from Nykaa. As I received it I just opened it and was not satisfied with the shade. When I proceeded for return of the same. They simply denied saying you cannot return and its not in our policy I requested to speak to a senior even he didn't showed much interest to it. As earlier I have returned my ordered and took a replacement of same I thought Nykaa is easy replacement site to rely on. But so far it didn't worked out. Worst experience...
I ordered 9 items. Got 2 of them but the other products were delivered to some wrong address. And they didn't even inform me about it. Then after asking them after so many day, they told me I won't get those products as they were returned (from the wrong address). When I thought I should buy them from somewhere else. I got a message from nykaa. That the products are being shipped and will be delivered soon. Then I checked it with another executive, he said I will be getting the package and sorry for what the earlier executive said. Then after waiting for few more days. I asked another support executive for the status of the package. And after keeping me waited for a very long time, he replied that I would not be getting the package and that they can return my money after 5 days. I mean what the hell is this. Worst shopping experience ever!
Nykaa has good collections, but the worst customer care possible. I've used a lot of e-retail sites but had the worst experience with Nykaa, when I wanted to return or cancel items. There is no straight forward way of doing this, you have to raise a concern and wait for them to call you or you have to call them. At any point for any query the only answer they give you is wait 3-5 days, however it's over 10 days and I received no refund. Very disappointed and would not recommend the site to anyone.
That dress soo bad... Very poor quality and it's some what tight too and I didn't even like it. So I created the return request the day I received it and after 3 days they rejected the request. Currently I am feeling so guilty for wasting my money over this. It was my first purchase from this app and it disappointed me to the worst.
I received a wrong product. NyKaa employees are saying we deliver correct product. Even they are not refunding. The company don't want to do refund.

Sends me faulty products, not once but twice. And now has the audacity to not respond to my emails.
My advice to customers is, if you get a faulty product, don't exchange it. Just return and then place a new order.
NEVER EXCHANGE. Because if that turns out to be faulty, and there won't be a return option, well sad luck lol. No amount of emails to *******@nykaafashion will get you anywhere.
Fricking frauds
This was my first and last purchase made from nykaa and going forward i wold not wanna waste my time on them very bad service the first imperission is the worst with you'll when we buy something from your brand delivering it on the rite time and rite person is your responsibility which you'll have not done even after me following up the whole day im just disappointed
Recently i bought an electronic trimmer. Its not working at all. I genrated a ticket for it. What they give support that they are not ready to replace or refund neither support me in any manner. By saying its manufacturer fault. In that case, i really disappointed by their service. They take the money for that product now no support from thier site. Very Poor support from Nykaa.com...
Once I received the product(Lip shade) I requested for return as the shade was not as per my expectation. They were providing lip shade with a sharpener(which they have mentioned as free gift along with that lip shade but in the invoice they have breakup the cost of lip shade and sharpener too).
Then I raised a return ticket requested and following up with them from past 15 days approx. When today when I mailed them. Regarding refund "they replied back that we have received your product but they only received the lip-shade not sharpener and now they will take more 5-6 days for my refund.) their customer care team has not knowledge they are just reply as per the templets provided to them.
Why they have not updated me for anything. Why always I have to write them a mail?
There is no one who can look into you issue. They dont care about their customer's money.
Nykaa is doing business by cheating people. I have never experienced so bad service on online shopping. As a customer, you order an item and they send you whatever products and then deny to provide you any solution saying its non returnable item. At the first why would you send a wrong product, completely wrong colour ordered? If you dnt have the ordered items then cancel the order rather then deceiving customers. The customer service staffs only say •SORRY• and thats how they intend to keep their customers and make business. They dnt even try to find a solution to make for their mistakes. Customers pay money for their mistakes.
A platform who sells majority non returnable products should be careful what they deliver.

I ordered an item from Nykaa as Mother's Day gift which they didn't deliver and keep lying that no one was available which is not the case as i was there 24*7. Apart from that they cancelled item and deducted certain amount of money.How could they do if I didn't get anything? And then i again placed a new order which was again cancelled by saying that no one was available. I have seen such kind of poor services anywhere. Moving forward I wouldn't be placing any orders from Nykaa.
I have ordered Gift card from Nykaa on 14th of Aug 2019 and there is no tract of my order details on the app also the customer service ppl are finding it difficult to track the order. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Now I am stuck with Nykaa for my 1500 gift card which no one knows when will be resolved.
Few days back I ordered few products from Nykaa, some products were not delivered as per the expected delivery date. I contacted customer care department (through calls, emails, chat option on the site) so that i could get the products as soon as possible because i had my flight to some other country in 2days and i told them the same but my issue was not resolved.
Delivery timing is too worst, they did not deliver products on expected time and customer care department is pathetic they never bother to revert to your emails.
I was highly disappointed by Nykaa services and would advise not to order anything as they do not care for their customer.
I purchased 7in1 anti aging smoothing serum from nykaa foe Rs 717/ but same time this same product is available on Flipkart at Rs. 599/ only. I felt Nykaa is cheating on rates. I am highly dissatisfied. Will never recommend.
The app/site gives befooling offers at sales. And does not deliver promised offer after payment is done. I made a 6thousand worth purchase with offer of 1700 worth free product, but the product never got delivered and their support of is totally useless with repeated reply 20 times

Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
