Its getting really hard to get you replaced item back. Many followups emails and all going on but nothing is working. Automated emails are reponding back thats it.

I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY With nyaka and the proDUCT.
1.IT IS VERY HEAVY TO HOLD (MY HAND STARTED HURTING BY THE END OF IT AND I ENDED UP POPPING A MUSCLE RELAXANT. WAS SO HEAVY)
2. HEATING IS NOT ADEQUATE
3. BECAUSE OF THE COMBINATION OF METAL AND RUBBER, HAIR REALLY GET ENTANGLED IN IT. I ENDED UP LOSING A BIG BUNCH OF HAIR BECAUSE THEY KEPT GETTING ENTANGLED.
Nykaa didn't care too take care of the problem. Wouldn't recommend nyaka at all
They have the Worst support team and they always deliver your package late. Its like they are habitual of doing late deliveries. Their team have no idea and never an update on your order..
They won't return your money. Their systems don't work. Their customer wetan is pathetic. They won't connect you to next level. Looters
Highly disappointed with services of nykka. My order was not delivered to me. I have placed the order (*******) on 23rd september. I got a mail from them saying that my products got shipped through wowexpress on 29th september. But later on 29th sept evening i got an email saying wowexpress couldn't deliver order to my address which is not delivered till now. I called the nykaa customer care continously 4 days and 5-6 times in a day. They always say today it will deliver, today it will deliver but still i didn't get my product. They didnt help me either. Had a very bad experience with nykaa.
They do not call back after complaint. They send incomplete orders and do not even bother to ask what's the issue ever. This was not the first time I got incomplete order this is the second time.
Trying to access nykaa.com in europe and page is showing (null) it is site forbidden in europe, not able to access i remember i order some stuff before from here to india
Which get out of order within 15 days, no bill or invoice is provided I have purchased ear bud costing rs. 11,000 which got out of order within 15 days
Very bad quality experience with all the cosmetic products ordered from nykaa. No doubt all products were duplicate and really harmful to the hair and skin. No more ordering from nykaa at all.

I never seen such faltu quality product in myofe. I purchased from myntra,amazon,ajio,flipkart but got such bad experience with nyka. I purchsed green colour pant for 1250 rs.after receiving it's not worth of rs.209. Called cc but they said replacement not in policy only sizde can be changed but I don't want such transperant,very poor stitching,not having even interlock for product. They are nit ready to change pnt or even replace it. I have attached picture of bad quality pant from.nykaa.they are big cheater. I request all not to buy fro nykaa. Dont waste money.instead but from myntra,ajio.they don't even call or respond me now. Only mail replacement not in policy. Very poor and frustating experience
I ordered Some cosmetics but your delivery partner he doesn't know how to talk with the customer showing unwanted attitude. He came to deliver.he called me and asked where is your adress he came he knocked the door. I was oboved to open till the time he left he didn't wait for a second... i called him where u you. Send me the Qcord he don't know how to talk he is telling no need to take the parcel no need to pay... is this kind of behavior you people have. He is a delivery boy it's his job he can't show attitude like this... if he can't do his job properly then what he is doing in your company... a very 1st tym i m seeing delivery boy is showing this kind of attitude... very pathetic service. Plz teach your staff we r paying to u not to listen all this suffs... from your staff... else i stop ordering from nykaa
Lost hope of getting my refund they picked up the return products and never refund the money tried calling 100times they say my number is only not registered!
Horrible! Nykaa is selling fake and couterfit products. Once you complain all they do is give you a run around! Fraudulent app and site. Avoid at all cost!

I ordered a product that was delivered on 12th of February 2022 and immediately requested for return because 1. The product did not come with an MRP tag 2. I did not like the quality of the product.
The delivery partners rejected pickup because it did not have a tag. I went through a troublesome process of reaching out to customer service and requesting for special pick up. Every day I received a message from shadowfax saying the product will be picked up today and 2 hours later a pickup unsuccessful message without even in fact attempting a pickup.
I would then everyday chat on the Nykaa fashion app to get an attempt and was promised the same thing "we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have escalated the matter and it shall be resolved within 48 hours"
The above was in fact utter bull$#*!. Moreover the chat would not be retained on the app. So I had to explain the same thing to a new customer service representative EVERYDAY. At a minimum I would have taken 30 minutes to explain this for 15 days. I have spent a minimum of 7 hours on this. And today it is still unsuccessful. This entire process has been mentally draining and such a waste of my time. The product is still not pickup up abs my money is stuck
Terrible service by Nykaa fashion. Terrible delivery partners Shafowfax.

Nykaa blocks customer if you return products, even if they send wrong products or duplicate your orders. No porper communication to customer, they directly block block.
Hi All, recently i bough the liner from nykaa store at khan market location and i am now suffering with eyelid dermatitis.
Nykka didn't deliver the product after getting payment
His Currier partner wow express are also fraud they didn't deliver the product and mentioned that they delivered and nobody is going to take responsibility for this kind of things I am very upset and I will never buy any of the product from Nykka because customer service & support are very very Cheep & poor.

Answer: I had order for almost 10k and above, on hot sale from 24-27th July 2020. Two items where delivered to my location and I could not pick the calls as it arrived at 6:30 am on Saturday. Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed.
