Order apples and get rotten tomatoes delivered. That is nykaa fashion. And what could be more proof than the fact that they do not allow return except when they have actually delivered a damaged product. If you have ordered anything and it is totally different from what was delivered to you, then you cant return it cause hey, it was a different product, but it wasnt damaged right? Keep whatever they deliver. These people would have 90% of their products returned if they allowed for it. They know what a poor service and product they are prodiving and won't make a penny from their product if not for the scam. These people need to be taken to court really!
Very bad quality experience with all the cosmetic products ordered from nykaa. No doubt all products were duplicate and really harmful to the hair and skin. No more ordering from nykaa at all.
I am not much sure about nykaa products but one thing happened to me that I ordered from nykaa... money got deducted instantly from account but order was not placed... there is no such platform on which this issue could be solved... when I called customer care number they told me to wait but no one at all bothered to look into the matter... and now it's 2 week but nobody can take care of this issue.
Last time my order is very badly packed my nail polish is damage beacous of bad packing so please don't repeat this. Now i m so acsited for this order so please. Beacous this time i can't accept any bad products

I was order 3 items fro Nykaa, and i have receiced items but it's very dissapointed because it's howing in image and video which color and i have received totlly diffrect item and when i requested for return them i don't have receive any update from them they are fraud.
I will recommend all never book from nykaa their services are pathetic and entire process of delivery is unpredictable, infact the published TAT has lot of hidden days involve n their customer care are completely handicap to pass any request of customer to internal delivery team.

My order Id is- NKY**************. I have received my products on 16th November and after that I discovered that almost all the products were faulty.
(1) Mascara was dry.
(2) Shampoos bottle were not similar to the shampoo bottles that are sold in the salon
(3) The conditioner's packaging is faulty (for original packs, there is no seal of the conditioner below the lid, which exists in the pack which I received)
So I had raised a request for refund all these products on 17th November and had also attached the relevant photographs for reference.
But this is very disappointing that Nykaa Team did not respond till date.
I purchased 7in1 anti aging smoothing serum from nykaa foe Rs 717/ but same time this same product is available on Flipkart at Rs. 599/ only. I felt Nykaa is cheating on rates. I am highly dissatisfied. Will never recommend.
Whoever needs to read this, you need to update the website and mention that if you ship to Canada, the receiver will need to pay the Import fees even if the dress costs less than $50. Also you guys I am very disappointed that I order two dresses from the same place and delivering to the same address still you sent these two separately which made me pay the import fee of $30 twice. So i paid you $128 for the dresses and then $60 for the import fee. Such a bad service, I have ordered from Indian websites before and saw you were making some good clothes and wanted to support you. I am very upset right now, booth the dresses could have fit in the same box. Not just that, when I was making a payment, your notification popup said "Will only need to pay if the order is over $600 or $800". Well mine was just $57 for the first one and I still had to pay $30 to get it. This was my first and last time buying stuff from you ever, SUCH A WASTE OF MY MONEY!'

This is the order I had placed with Nykaa. Initially, I had a problem with my contact no. My wrong phone no. Has been registered which was told to me that it was updated by one of the call centre people after N-number of conversations. Later the next day I got a notification that the parcel has been delivered which was not received by me or any people concerning with me. I have raised a query regarding this but there was no repose by any concerned authorities now my money is not being refunded niter I am getting any response by any of the concerned people.

I have ordered 4 lipsticks and out of the 4 i recieved 1 wrong product and looks like the products were used and all dry. When I placed return they them self commenting " the product is good and we cannot approve return".
These people deliver ok products when they start the business and after getting popularity they start sucking customers money. I would request do not use such PATHETIC apps for your personal care atlest. Specially nykaa.
I am a frequent Nykaa customer and have ordered a lot of stuff to date. Most of the time, in offering me the original items, Nykaa has met my standards.

Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
