Their nuts are expensive but, typically, you get quality for your dollar. In my case, I ordered six bags of different nuts and nut products, totaling $75. I received my package quickly. The outside of the box was perfectly dry but the bags inside were soaking wet. I notified Nuts.com and, apparently, some packaging that they used had imploded. This was not the first time, according to the customer service staff. Their response was to give me $10.00 off my next order. Are you kidding me?
I have ordered taffy twice, it is delicious and the overall service was amazing. I will have a auto order set go forward. I was looking for the perfect salt water taffy, I found through nuts.com. Great job
I ordered from you last year and received my order fairly quickly. I don't remember having any issues with the shipping. I do remember, however, that most of the nuts in the order were stale. The dark chocolate covered almonds were delicious. If they were stale, it was covered by all the chocolate. The dried fruit was also delicious.The rest of the order that involved nuts, was stale. Because of that, I will not be ordering from you again nor will I recommend you to any of my friends. There is no malice in what I am saying, only truth. Now this is an amazing company, especially if you're needing gluten free products or organic products. They are very reasonable and your order usually arrives in 2 days.

I bought a five pound bag of Raw Spanish Peants from Nuts.com. After two months I found tiny, LIVE, black bugs in the bag. Since my product was more than a month old, I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted to warn the company they might have a problem
I bought a second five pound bag from them. I poured the contents into a sealable plastic container to prevent any bug infestation on my part. Two months later I found more live black bugs.
I called the company again to try to warn them of a possible problem.

Where is the Blueberry? Just a bitter tasting coffee. The Butter Pecan has a very faint taste of pecan but at least the coffee was not bitter tasting. The vanilla I would rate as I did the pecan.
I know nuts.com gets good reviews on their site. Their coffee reminds me of an old TV ad that asks "WHERE'S THE BEEF". I would now ask Where's The Taste. Their coffee is not good.
I am a 70 year old woman. I remembered my Christmas of yesteryear, when I saw the chocolate drops. I ordered the candy surprising my family and friends. But, it was hard as a rock!
I call the company and offered me a credit. The company was very nice and apologized, but I explained I would rather take a bag of chocolate drops. That too was hard as a rock. I 'm kind of disappointed! I like the company but do the company want my business. Why would I say that? My order came in yesterday, the cinnamon bears and yogurt raisins were hard.
I have to say that these are so delicious and soft that you could just let them melt in your mouth if you wanted to! They are the softest marshmallows ever and the taste is truly incredible! I had such a hard time putting the bag down so I took them back into the kitchen and kept thinking about them so needless to say I did this a few times and end up eating the whole bag within a couple of hours! I just couldn't stop eating them because they were so delicious! Truly! If you love marshmallows or just like them for that matter but like toasted coconut marshmallows more than plain, then seriously you gotta try these! I PROMISE you will not be sorry! The thing that will go through your mind besides how utterly great they are will be, "why didn't I buy more?!". I'm surprised they aren't charging more for these pieces from heaven!
I have ordered several items from Nuts.com and all have been fresh and delicious. One suggestion would be to make the individual packets easier to open. A child cannot open them. I have to use scissors. Thanks

I ordered for the first time 11/25/2020 and received my Brazil nuts 11/30/2020. I felt the delivery time was excellent being Thanksgiving Day was 11/26. When the Brazil nuts arrived, they were very fresh and very good! This will not be the last time I order from Nuts.Com
In the past I enjoyed Nuts.com CHOCOLATE COVERED RAISINS. They were so large and juicy that I even ordered just raisins to give as gifts. That was two years ago and NUTS.COM no longer gets their raisins from the same source. I ordered four (4) pounds and am soooo disappointed that the raisins are so tiny, and the heavy milk chocolate covering is so disproportionate to what it's covering that it's cloying. I tried to complain on their site through a CHAT to no avail. I'm never going to order anything, even the sesame crunch that I like, ever again. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
Plus the price went up a couple dollars too. I feel I've been baited and switched on. Not a good feeling after forking over so much money. Ten buck a bag.
To add pictures of the much smaller pieces serves no purpose as you'd have to be able to compare them to what they used to offer.
I buy on the regular recently from nuts.com and I like their product. But the fact that I paused my auto delivery and they charged and shipped it anyway even though I wrote them about the mistake and was very understanding in my email to them and the response I got was nothing short of "we now cancelled the next auto delivery, thank you" I thought this was a family run business and that at the very least they would acknowledge their mistake, apologies and move on. DO BETTER!
That say 100% costumer satisfaction well don't be live that. They delivered my order that was a Christmas present for my elderly dad and they refused to make it right and told me oh well. Do yourself a favor find your gifts and snacks elsewhere.
I hadn't ordered from Nuts.com before but being a big nut lover and something of a nut myself I had to try them. I ordered the White Chocolate Toffee Cashews, and I have to say they are as delicious (maybe moreso) than I'd hoped. We eat a lot of candied nuts and roasted nuts in my household, so we'll definitely be ordering from them again soon. So glad I went ahead and indulged my sweet tooth!

I ordered 6 items - ALL of them were bad! The black licorice was so tough and not a good flavor at all. The dried pistachios had an off flavor and too salty. The maltballs and chocolate covered almonds were in a very small package and the chocolate was nasty. I have nothing good to say about anything I bought from this company. A total rip off. Go to the grocery store and buy what you can actually look at - you'll get a better deal.
I have placed several orders both for myself and for gifts. I love their roasted salted pecans. Also love their bridge mix and fudge for snacking, and walnuts for baking. My sister loves their organic trail mix and their Chia seeds. My only disappointment has been the Jordan almonds which seemed too hard. I always order volume sufficient to get free shipping.
When, I received my order one bag of chia seeds were open and had spilled al over inside of box and onto my garage floor. I contacted nuts.com and explained concern. My bag of chia seeds were replaced and delivered the next day. I think that is taking care of the customer.
Paradoxically, this is not a good source for nuts. I tried just nuts and some chocolate covered nuts. The nuts are stale and definitely not tasty. However, their candy has some very good choices, especially dark chocolate covered candies. Dark chocolate malt balls are fantastic.
Answer: I had a gift order sent to a remote area on a reservation. My sister/friend was thrilled with her gifts and all was as ordered. I love this company and its variety of products.
