I ordered chocolate fudge, chocolate fudge with walnuts, and peanut butter fudge. All three were terrible. Rather than being rich, all three tasted like creamy sugar. I spent $40 and threw them all away.
Ok, I have ordered from your company several times. The products are always perfect, shipped quickly and in super shape, delivered on time, and very very much appreciated.

I received gift from my daughter for the Father's Day, there are nuts, peanut, apricots, figs & chocolate. The Nuts & the peanut are poor quality and tested bad it's very odd that company NUTS.COM sell bad products supposedly to be present the company.
I have purchased my last order from Nuts.com. Why? You ask. Well I will tell you. I just opened a bag of mixed nuts and found spider webs in it. If that wasn't enough to turn a person off of your product you are sick. I have been a good customer until now. Spider webs are not appetizers, and I didn't know spiders liked nuts. NEVER AGAIN!
I placed an order for three items, which were supposed to be delivered by some second rate delivery company, so they leave my package in a mailroom in my building instead of delivering to my door, so i never found my package after a week of several phone calls to customer service constantly getting the run around, they finally reship my package with the same second rate delivery company, to have the package let outside my apartment building during a busy festival, luckily i was able to get the package before it was stolen to then fine everything in the package damaged due the ice packs both having holes in them covering the products in goo. The packing and products went straight into the trash. I'm not exactly sure how this company stays in business with this kind of service and neglect. I wish there was a zero star rating! Never again with I do any business with the incompetent company. They are embarassing.
My father-in-law loves the mini dark chocolate Graham crackers sold on Nuts.com and eats them every night. I bought them from here as a Christmas gift. However, I bought the chocolate fudge with nuts and it wasn't good. I wouldn't buy it again.
Their site says they will never spam and they hate spam. Yet they do that. When they were asked to delete the account, they responded by an opt-out link and unsubscribe link which I was already unsubscribed. Don't trust them.
After spending hours to order same things twice including on web and by phone, i three times recieved confirmation email of order only to be followed 5 or 6 hours later that my order was cancelled because my billing address was incirrect. It was not
My order was delivered great on time and fresh, most of all it was 102.3 outside with the humidity and my chocolate and buckeye's and dark chocolate peanut butter cups was fresh and yummy. Not melted nor a dent. I was so over whelming with the quality and service. I am on board with this new upcoming company going straight to the top. So…. Buyer beware I bought 2 packages of the " gourmet "fruit slices absolutely disgusting! Everything was all stuck together like a big old glob! Couldn't separate it without taking a sugar bath it really is a mess reached out to company asking where to return this " stuff" (right away) 5 minutes after receiving it) they said they would give me a in store credit for 1 bag? Uh and the other bag? I'm pretty mad cuz they won't even answer now. 21+$ and I'm getting nothing in return they're stuff isn't all that bought 4 different sesame stick flavors all were gross! Except honey sesame ones but I'm not buying another thing from this company and I'm a big order type of person! It seems like a regular thing though cuz I saw people complaining of the same type of problem ( stuff being stuck together in a glob!)
AWFUL! The first two orders arrived correctly and on time. The next SIX orders had product issues and shipping issues. Twice, they sent me the wrong product, although it was labeled correctly. Whoever uploads their product photos to their e-commerce portal needs to be retrained. SEVERAL of their candy product photos do not match what they send you. Three times, the shipments were late! They use Blue Streak Carrier and they are terrible. The customer service department is either friendly or snarky, it's a crapshoot when you contact them. There are many other nut and candy vendors to choose from. Stay away from Nuts.com if you prefer shipments that are correct and on time. I get it, mistakes happen, but 6 out of 8 orders that arrive incorrect or late is not good. I'm done with Nuts. Com for good.
Half the order was bad all stuck together when I called them and told them what happened they said throw them away and we will give you a credit on your account well when I went on the website to sign in guess what I didn't have an account no longer
They will not fulfill the $15 incentive after I spent over $60 (needed to spend$50). Their system kept dropping items and shutting down the order page thus loosing the link which awarded the incentive. Two days After order was delivered I realized I had not been given the incentive. Called the customer service number and rep said I had not checked the box and I was ineligible to get the incentive. Later called back and 2nd service rep said they would award me another incentive for my next order. Wrote to customer service and the reply was the same thing Buy another 50 dollars and you can have the incentive Did not acknowledge that their website was rigged to make the customer loose the incentive by shutting down the order page periodically. How cheap can you get? Bet their organic items are not organic.! Crooks!
I can't believe it! The site is nuts.com and they more than just nuts! That is absolute awesomeness! Seriously though, I love chewing on nuts and other snack foods and the service here is top notch and I will continue feeding my nut craze from here.
I have a great sense of smell and taste and can tell when products, especially nuts are not fresh or rancid. My mother ordered some nuts from nuts.com and I tried them and two bags were rancid so bad I would not even taste, and another two bags hinted at rancidity and when I tried them they were definitely not fresh as I expect from my local store. I called to complain and was treated rudely and denied my allegations. I emailed and was given a similar rude treatment. I suspect they procure old products at a discount, put in fancy bags, and sell for a premium to the unitiated on the freshness and danger of rancid oils in their nuts. I would stay away!
Ordered five different items at 4:30 in the afternoon, and they were on my doorstep, via FREE DELIVERY by 11:30 the next morning!
Now that's fast service, not to mention some very excellent tasting nuts!

I ordered two boxes of items. They sent the wrong ones. I called and the best they could do was I could send the two boxes back at my expense and get a 50 percent off next order. What? It was their employees mistake. I wanted a paid shipping label and the two boxes I ordered. Nope. Never ever again. Calling the BBB
Answer: I had a gift order sent to a remote area on a reservation. My sister/friend was thrilled with her gifts and all was as ordered. I love this company and its variety of products.
