Nuts. Com does not have reliable delivery. I placed an order 4/9 for delivery 4/11. After many emails and phone calls they finally reissued the order on 4/18 to be delivered 4/20. This morning I receive an email stating this order has been delayed also. Why offer your product if you can't deliver it? I will of course be purchasing another birthday gift but I'll never use nor recommend nuts. Com
I've had several issues with Nuts.Com. Most recently, I got a popcorn and nut mix that contained exactly 2 and a half nuts. When I notified them, they wanted labels, then numbers and asked me to mail them the labels. I declined. I also notified them of the free gift offer I was ordering from. I was charged $12.99 for what I was supposed to get free. Customer service Sarah offered no solutions and no help. She just kept asking for more from me. When I told them not to contact me any longer, Andrew, (I think), told me that I would miss out. No, I'm pretty sure I won't. You will miss my money.
I ordered snacks for my grandson to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Part was delivered, the cookies won't be delivered till 2 days later. No on notified me, I had to call. The weren't apologetic at all. Gave me a different reason than the tracking notice said. So matter a fact. I have ordered a lot from them in the past, but not anymore. Expensive and not worth it.
Answer: I had a gift order sent to a remote area on a reservation. My sister/friend was thrilled with her gifts and all was as ordered. I love this company and its variety of products.
