Love the selection of nuts on the site. I buy them frequently for my boyfriend and the quality was always great. I would order more!
Horrible experience with their customer service and products. They are a bit cheaper because they sell expired seeds and fruits.
Three days later the manager acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and issued the refund. Hence I gave them a higher rating.
I ordered a 25 lb. bag of toasted buckwheat. Instead, I received raw buckwheat as evidenced by its lighter color and crumbly structure (the attached photo shows Nut's buckwheat in a big bowl and toasted buckwheat I bought from another vendor in a smaller bowl). Not only that, the product they sent me is cheaper than what I ordered.
I called them on the phone and politely described the problem. The rep immediately got argumentative without even taking a look at my order. Then he asked me to send a photo of the product which I did.
The next day I got an email stating "The picture you sent is brown but the Raw White Buckwheat would be a much lighter color". They either think I'm blind, dimwitted, or both. In any case, it is insulting.
They offered store credit. I want a refund.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
It's worthless, it tastes nasty, and I don't recommend it to anyone, you are going to waste your money.
Do you think you're getting red pistachios but they're the original pistachios dyed red never buy from them again
They sent me miss marked items and refused to replace them.
Back and forth emails and calls, gave me the run around
These things are awsome. But way to many almonds an only 3 brazil nut an maybe 10 pecans that should change. But boy they are good. Thanks

I purchased whole wheat flour from Nuts.com that was extremely coarse and over 30% bran by weight. I had to sift it to use it. It was barely ground.
The products are great and the customer service is some of the best I have ever encountered. I highly recommend the company.
Very large fresh nuts. However was disappointed in the white chocolate toffee cashews. Too much white chocolate and very slight toffee flavor.
