Their nuts are expensive but, typically, you get quality for your dollar. In my case, I ordered six bags of different nuts and nut products, totaling $75. I received my package quickly. The outside of the box was perfectly dry but the bags inside were soaking wet. I notified Nuts.com and, apparently, some packaging that they used had imploded. This was not the first time, according to the customer service staff. Their response was to give me $10.00 off my next order. Are you kidding me?
Tip for consumers:
Just horrible customer service.
Products used:
None - all six bags were soaking wet. I did not keep the bags as I would not try to consume something that arrived in that condition.
