I feel compelled to write about this company because they have both superior product and a sense of humor. Yes, they sell nuts and everything associated with nuts that you can imagine, but here's the thing: the product comes in these astonishing boxes with stuff scrawled all over it like Thanks For Your Order My Nutty Friend, and We're Nuts And Proud Of It, etc, etc. Really goofy. The actual nuts themselves are higher quality than in the supermarket and cheaper per pound. I tried to get a discount because we have a cat named Peanut--but they wouldn't go for it. Anyway: good company, good product.
I bought from this company for the first time a month or two ago. I loved some of the products but others were disappointing. The owner wrote back to apologize and gave me a credit for the three I didn't care for. I just applied that credit to a new order. This time all of the items met or exceeded my expectations. A great company to work with.
I recently purchased whole wheat couscous from Nuts.com only because I had a $41.00 credit. I purchased $36 worth of couscous but I was told that I needed to pay $1.00 for the order, and that the rest of my credit would disappear. I told the rep that I thought this was ridiculous not to keep the rest of the credit in my account. To that she responded: Ok, then I will just cancel your order. She was rude and did not explain properly the procedure. Moreover, her accent made it virtually impossible to understand. What a scam! One thing is sure is that I will never buy anything from them ever again!
I ordered crispy almonds with a sweet creme coating. What I got was almonds that were stuck together and stale. I had to ship the almonds back at my expense to get a refund. You got me once, but you won't get me again. Don't buy from these clowns
I couldn't find a way to leave a review on the website so I'm going to do this instead. The nuts haven't arrived yet so I don't know what condition they're in but I want to complain about receiving their promotional and junk email. I'm getting something everyday even though I intentionally opted out of receiving emails from them. Why do they bother to put the box to uncheck if they're going to send the junk email anyway?
I like this site because they have the best cashew nuts I have ever had. I buy them more than 6 or 7 times a year. The quality of the products are great. They have a wide selection of foods and gifts. My other favorite thing to order is the malted balls. They come in a variety of flavors or a mixed bag. They ship right away and there are so many things to choose from.
I ordered licorice pastels last Saturday, 7/30, my order was shipped on Monday, 8/1, and I received it today, 8/3. The company also included a sample bag of their pistachio nuts. My experience with this company, from the ordering phase to delivery was outstanding. I highly recommend them and will be ordering from them again.
Have used Nuts.com for years buying their pickling spice which is excellent. There was a computer glitch on their end tonight when I ordered a 1lb bag and had to log out before I could pay. Logged back in ordered my 1lb bag and checked out but forgot to notice they charged me for 2. Got my email confirmation and called their 800# got put through immediately to a live intelligent CSR. Credited me the 1lb error on the second bag and I was done. 5 minutes max start to finish the way a company should handle these issues and a company you want to do business with.
Glad we tested this out before sending as gifts. The sugar roasted peanuts were wet, yes wet. And chewy. Yuck. The Bourbon pecans and Bourbon Street mix was stale, not crunchy at all. There was another snack mix, not labeled on box, that was stale and chewy. I did contact the company and was given a credit. We reordered coffee with it. Will not send this product as gifts. How embarrassing it would be if recipient had same experience we did.
Why do you guys use so many high processed seed oils and artificial colors like red dyes in your products? Couldn't you use something a little healthier we know what these dyes do especially the children. I know you guys can do better.
I ordered products for these clowns and had to pay for the return shipment. Today I was reading the reviews and I wonder how many of the people writing these glowing reviews work for nuts. Com, probably all. They all talk about the nice sales people and the great shipping. Try returning a product and you will change your mind.
I bought 25 pounds of peanuts for my restaurant use. The peanuts are probably old so it has very tiny rancid smell. It's like when you are blind folded to be offered peanuts, after you chew it, you can't tell if it's peanuts because it doesn't have the unique aroma peanuts have.

Congratulations! I always thought nothing is free but it seems I was wrong, I recently purchased some, hard to find, chocolate covered orange peel. They are very, very good. As I was emptying the shipping box,"When what to my wondering eyes did appear..." but a free holiday tin of four different treats, including surprisingly yummy, chocolate-covered gummy bears and tiny white chocolate pretzels! This, I assume was unsold holiday merchandise, which you could have been sold at reduced cost. Instead you added them, free-of-charge, including shipping, to my order. What a company! I was craving some boiled nuts and I came across Nuts.com... oh boy, best decision I ever made WHEN IT COMES TO NUTS... I boiled it for 1.5hrs and it came out so good. Nuts.com is my go to now for nuts for life. You guys are also inexpensive. No need to buy from any other website guys, just stick with Nuts.com. Thank you, and my taste buds thank you too. I am a happy buyer.
I ordered from Nuts.com first a in 2022. The first shipment arrived on time and was correct. The second order place with them, did not arrive. I sent an email explaining the missing order, the shipped a replacement order which arrived in three days, and an apologetic email. I have price their products, specifically the fruit powers and found them to be competitive or better priced in larger quantiles than many other outlets.
Seriously the BEST company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I ordered some micro marshmallows from them yesterday at 2pm. It was delivered to my door the next day by 2pm. I have never had anything delivered that quickly! It was the fastest, easiest shopping I have ever done, and the bags were bigger than I was expecting which a plus for me! They have a new customer for life!

Answer: I had a gift order sent to a remote area on a reservation. My sister/friend was thrilled with her gifts and all was as ordered. I love this company and its variety of products.
