Awful customer service. I paid to expedite delivery to send something for my father who was in another state so it could get to him the next day and I saw the clock ticking with no delivery. I had the Fedex tracking number where it said that the package was in the destination state with in a close zip code to my dad's location and 6 hours later nothing was delivered. I called their customer service line and a guy picked up only to tell me to sit back and wait and that the package might turn up at 8 pm that evening. Mind you I paid $35 to expedite shipping. Then, when I got upset, the guy tells me that all we need to do is WAIT. No self-initiative to find out what had delayed my package, no effort to contact FEDEX etc. If I wanted to wait, why contact customer service. Just horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible. Once I started telling him his issue on how he handled my request then he said he would email Fedex. 1st timer and will not be going back. My advice, take your money somewhere else where your value is recognized.
I have been ordering from Nutsonline since 2008. I placed an order on 11/23/2011 and was sent an email by Nutsonline that the package was shipped on 11/25 and would be received on 11/29/2011. I did not receive. I sent an email to customer service and received an email stating that they would place a package trace with FedEx and try to see what happened to package. They also said if I had not received package by 12/2/2011 to let them know and they would resend. I sent an email back and stated that wasn't okay with me. That it wasn't my fault that the package was lost and they should have sent package out again. I told them I wanted my money back and to forget it. They have not answered back. I would steer clear of this company. They DO NOT HAVE A 100% satisfaction guarantee as stated on the website. Find someone else to order from.
Claim Free Shipping but scathe you on Sales tax... In the state of WA NO tax on food... Have received food from QVC, HSN, w/ NO sales tax on food items. Why do you think you can rip us off on that? Will Never order from you people again!
I have been ordering various nuts and seeds for my parrots for a year and very high shipping but was happy with products UNTIL i received very expensive pine nuts that were rotten and and they refused to assist me so filed food product safety complaint with Federal government against them and had to do a dispute with VISA and returned product but Feds wanted samples so hope they will be shut down
I ordered a nut tray online to send as a gift. From the moment I placed the order, it was nothing but problems. My credit card was charged immediately, yet I got an email stating my order could not be shipped (then why did nuts.com charge my card)! I had to call the useless customer service 800#. The agent had me on hold for 15 minutes and wanted me to wait longer. I said I can't wait any longer, said cancel my order and refund me. I didn't get an email stating the order was canceled. I then called the 908 area code number in NJ, which was another "remote" agent. Due to nuts.com's ineffectual customer service, I canceled my order a second time. Neither agent made any attempt for customer satisfaction after my time was wasted over a simple order. However, the nuts.com website states 100% customer satisfaction. I will never consider buying anything from this company ever again. I was a first-time buyer, and the company failed miserably. There isn't a supervisor or anyone higher up to make a complaint about their low-on-the-ladder customer service agents working remotely, and who don't care one bit that a new customer was a canceled customer.
Placed several orders and every time they stopped my order claiming Potential Fraud. Not sure why as I have NEVER had an issue placing orders online. I used my AMX card to place the orders again thinking may be there a problem with my first card even though the bank approved the transaction, but they continued to stop/flag my orders. Finally, I called them to inquire about their paranoid behavior, I got someone who was in a VERY BAD MOOD, spoke over me, and as I proceeded to give him the Order Number, he said something I didn't understand and hung up on me. Avoid these folks at any cost. Not only their products are pretty pricy, they have been nominated as the CUSTOMER NO SERVICE company and won that prize/title hands down.

GOT MY FIRST ORDER OF MULTIPLE ITEMS TODAY. BOX WAS DRIPPING WET FROM MELTED ICE. LABELS WERE PEELING OF BAGS. TEMP HERE TODAY WAS 67 DEGREES, NOT VERY HOT. CHAT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NON PRODUCTIVE. SAID THEY WERE WORKING ON DIFFERENT PACKING FOR NEXT YEAR. I SAID I DON'T THINK I'LL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THE BOX WAS DRIPPING WET AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT I COULD ORDER NUTS BUT SHOULDN'T ORDER CANDY (MALTED MILK BALLS). PRETTY ARROGANT.
Literally, this company could be my personal secret that I would not want to share with anyone because supply and demand might well price me out of their market but the company deserves great reviews. The product is always overnighted to me (I live fairly close) and they always follow up with emails requesting product reviews which shows that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Moreover, and most importantly, their product is amazingly high quality. I always order organic nuts and dried fruit from them and each time I am simply in another space of bliss while consuming them because they are so solidly enjoyable. I have ordered the organic salted cashews, organic mango, Turkish figs (a piece of heaven), and the trail mix (with dried organic pineapple!) Theirs is the best trail mix I have ever enjoyed. I just have one raised eyebrow about this company: who can get organic mango to look so beautiful without some artificial preservative? I have yet to ask them. I want to stay blissful but there has to be a catch.
I have ordered nuts several times now, and they arrive quickly and are always excellent quality. I will be a returning customer as long as I'm able to keep eating these wonderful nuts.

Was excited because I've been looking for a company that had Brazil nuts.
Selected and purchased next day delivery
FedEx refused to make delivery, and instead intercepted my package for inspection, which mean some unknown person opened my package, touched what was in there etc.
I notified Nut.com to advise them that I was no longer interested in receiving the package due to this interception, and requested a refund.
Instead of an apology and refund given.
I was treated as if I was not being truthful, especially because FedEx is now claiming that the package was delivered, which is not correct.
I told the FedEx person that I was not taking delivery because the snack box had been tampered with, opened and its contents touched by some unknown person.
Nuts.com refuse to refund, claiming that they are waiting for FedEx to say that the package was being returned. To which obviously they are not returning. AND Nuts.com under cover, calling me a lier and refusing to refund me.
SO now some FedEx employee is munching while I'm out of $$$56.00USA.
With that said, I don't recommend purchasing from this company.
I made a good choice when I decided to try out Nuts.com. The Chex Mix is attractively packaged and tastes delicious. I will certainly be ordering more items from Nuts.com. Highly recommended!

Not only a bad company but very nasty unprofessional HR, management and supervisor i stay home during the covid19 so I won't get my wife and kids sick because there are over 100 employees at one place two punch in machines and staffs do not clean there hands properly people at the warehouse put there hands with no gloves eating the chocolates and stealing candiesincluding the warehouse supervisor i just can't believe that be happening there i worked there and I got let go because HR claimed i abandoned the job when I was following cdc protocols I'm taking this to my lawyer.
