Since my mother wanted to carry on with the trip to Paris, it was a great asset that we could keep the booking with you. We enjoyed the stay and your kind attention to our reservation even though we didn't cancel it at the end.

El hotel no quiso cambiar la reserva y tú me ayudaste. Cometí un error en la reserva y sobre la marcha envié el email de modificación, me parece una pena que el hotel haya intentado aprovechar un error en unos días tan duro como los que estamos pasando.
