Another level jacket. OMG i love it. I ordered online. Didn't expect it was so nice. It come with gloves, come with scarf, comes right before winter, make me cozy for my freezing Canada winter... The best part is it looks cute on me... great price as well. Not those cheap ones in the mall. More than my expectation. Definitely good buy.

I excitedly purchased one of their jackets since it seemed like an excellent product. Turned our the quality was much lower than expected and sizing was not great - have been trying for several weeks now to get a refund no luck. They give approval for your refund, take your product back, and then disappear. It's a pretty nice scam they're running here - I hope they get what deserve. Oh and good luck trying to get a response from them.

Another level jacket. OMG i love it. I ordered online. Didn't expect it was so nice. It come with gloves, come with scarf, comes right before winter, make me cozy for my freezing Canada winter... The best part is it looks cute on me... great price as well. Not those cheap ones in the mall. More than my expectation. Definitely good buy.

I pre-ordered two coats from this company. I changed my mind and decided to just order one due to budget restriction. I emailed their customer service to request for a cancellation and refund. They responded urgently and cancelled my duplicate order. Really impressive customer service! I would buy again hopefully if I'm able to settle my financial situation! Thanks! Your coats look really cool by the way.

It took awhile to have my Smart parka delivered. With that said, I knew upon ordering that I was backing a crowd funded company. It was a startup with no experience in large scale order fulfillment. Even though there were a few delays, the coat delivered was an amazing quality that I am extremely happy with. Keep in mind that this is a new company, not a large scale company like Canada Goose and we are all 'investors' so patience on the matter is necessary. I would definitely buy from them again. They have great products and great customer service.

My Smart Parka is all I want from a perfect winter jacket. Its incredibly warm for the challenging winters we have in Canada, and besides that its very stylish, and great quality - I always get compliments when I wear it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I think the material is really impressive. The features are exactly what I need. The colors are okay though they should make varieties of colors so people can have lots of choices. I have the original coat and I'm more than happy with it, I just watched their ads yesterday and the new version is even better. Hope they make a brown one! Thanks!

I have a really good experience with the company. I received my jacket few months ago but it's too small for me. I planned to return it for an exchange but the I totally forgot since I went on a trip overseas. I just got back last week and saw my jacket to be exchanged. I reached out to their customer service to ask if they can still honor my exchange and they did. Though they are moving warehouses right now, I didn't mind since winter is a few months from now. It doesn't hurt to wait I'm just happy that they honored my exchanges and they were really helpful.

So I got my smart parka last month, I really like the color and style but the fitting was not right. I requested an exchange and I didn't have a hard time dealing with their staff! It was smooth and easy. I totally recommend Northaware to my friends. I think their new version got even better.

I received my coat last year and requested for an exchange on January. I got so busy the last few months and forgot about it. Last week I arrived home from travelling overseas and realized I didn't send my coat back for the exchange. I love the coat but the fitting was not right. I know that it was way beyond their 30 day exchange policy but I still tried to contact their customer service. I was so thrilled they honored my exchange, their warehouse is closed at the moment but i'm willing to wait since the winter is over. Really good service!

I don't usually write reviews online but my overall experience made me do so. I got my coat from KS last year, there's a little bit delay with the delivery but I was sooooo thrilled when I received my coat! It's the perfect color and style :)

I never imagined that i'll be making another purchase of the same coat after they redesigned it, funny thing is that i'm thinking of buying a new coat that time because i'm looking for something new and they happened to release another version of the old coat i have, i'm impressed and i definitely gonna look forward to other products you may offer

I'm one of the original Kickstarter backers. I almost got discouraged when they made some changes on the jacket. All those doubts were gone when I received my coat, the fitting was right and I just so love the color. So I'm giving then a 5/5.

The warmth feels like i'm walking outside with five thick blankets on, can't believe it'll be this warm, i thought the positive feedback were a joke but it's not, worth the money i worked on so hard to earn

Yes the shipping took longer than expected and yes I had some late responses from their customer service team but they always replied to me in the end with quality answers. The coat that was sent to me was of superior quality and I am extremely happy with it. I love the built in scarf and I think having the glove pockets in the arms is really helpful. After buying my coat I bought another one and had it sent out to me and it was much faster delivery (it took about 3 days to have the coat delivered to my doorstep). I have noticed that their reply times have gotten quicker too. This is all the process of a growing company. I definitely give them 5 stars. Keep improving guys

I couldn't complain! My jacket is so gorgeous. I've received lots of compliments from my friends. I always get attention because of my jacket and that's exactly what I wanted. *wink
All the colors look cool but the blue one is soooo lovely! Just my two cents!

I got my coat last month. I couldn't be more happier, best coat I ever had. It is very warm and it has faux fur. Their staff was very helpful as well, there's a little bit of delay with the delivery but it was all worth it.

I dont have a coat yet but I just preordered one so I cant review them yet but they look cool. My experience with their staff has been nice and polite. They're a pleasure to deal with and they all know their stuff which is a good sign.

At first, I was a bit irritated because my gloves were mis-sized but in all fairness the company's staff were a pleasure to deal with and quickly rectified the situation by sending me a new pair of gloves and my Smarka has grown on me. It's very warm.

Got my coat and gave my old ones. I have a feeling that this will be the only coat I'll need for a long time. I can't go back to regular coats anymore after this one. I like how they innovated winter jackets.

Compared to designer coats, theirs can withstand the competition. The price is not to expensive and not too cheap. You just get what you paid for. So I'm happy with my coat, maybe I'll be using it for the next few winters! Keep it up!

I needed to return my coat for an exhange. No hassles, just a little bit of delay which is to be expected from a start up company. It's no big deal! I'm loving my replacement coat. My brother was so jealous of it, he pre-ordered for his entire family! Totally crazy!

Good job on adding water resistant pockets for the gloves and adding a bit of detail in the glass pocket and the devices section pockets, hope you can improve the hat pocket part, it's not that useful in my opinion

I was one of the backers for north aware's smart parka. A friend of mine actually recommended and showed me their page on Kickstarter and I immediately fell in love with their coat. It was such an innovative and amazing idea to have a coat with built in features that no one really thinks about but definitely can use. Now that I have my awesome coat. I use all of the features built in scarf, builtin hat pocket, built in gloves and all the pockets to keep my phone and glasses. I love it. I never carry a purse anymore and I had to exchange my gloves because the first ones were defective but North Aware offered to just send me a new pair because my other ones had a sizing issue and didnt work with touchscreen but the new ones I got fit well and their customer service is such a pleasure to deal with. They reply promptly and from the day I emailed about my gloves there was a new pair delivered in 4 days.
