I bought a face product & it's a sample size. Very disappointing. I'll be very cautious buying from Nordstrom rack if I even shop with them again.
Ordered 2 summer shirts online. Three days later received email stating 1 of the 2 items ordered was 'Out of Stock'. The item I did receive was very poor quality and not what I expected. Tried returning online and due to check out as guest ( not wanting to create an account) was unable to access any return info other than in store return. Customer Service sent a link for me to access the return process AND that was was Not Available! THEN, in writng my review it was suggested that I upload proof of purchase... WHAT PROOF of PURCHASE? My package did not contain any paperwork! Seriously Nordstrom Rack?

How hard is to send the correct pair? I ordered one style and was sent something completely different. Now I have to mail them back and wait on a refund. How do I know they won't screw this up too?
If they sell the product to me at a sale price, I would appreciate an honest note of the defects. A big company like this succeeds out of popularity, not quality.

The wrong order was sent. Tried to reorder and they were completely out of my items. Beyond disappointed and I was told it takes up to two weeks for a refund!
I ordered a bag that was on sale (MJ tote) then turns out it was from a different company took over 3 weeks to get in the states no updates unless you go to original email then I never received my bag that was delivered and now I can't get anyone to help me because it's from China will never order from this store again
These are really the worst shoes I've ever had, I just wore them once and can throw them away. Therefore, I warn you not to buy there, the quality does not justify the price.
Purchased two pairs of boots from Nordstrom Rack. Received my confirmation and tracking information as usual. When I checked mail, items were not in my mailbox. Reached out to delivery company to see if they can find where they were delivered. No response from carrier. So I reached out to Nordstrom Rack for assistance. They suggested I file a police report and that's all they could do to help me. I filed a police report and asked for assistance with carrier. I understand it's the delivery company that left package in wrong or open area but I expected I needed assistance with with contacting CDL. They said that's all they can do and it wasn't their problem. I didn't choose the delivery service provider, they did. Beware, if you are purchasing items from their website and they don't make it to you, you still responsible for paying. Once item(s) leave their facility, you are on your.
Not sure where that package was left and no one will reach out to me from CDL or Nordstrom Rack to retrace where that package was left.
Who does this? I ordered a coat that was suppose to ship in time for Christmas. It is 12/18 3:00pm CST and I get an email - Whoops - sorry order cancelled.
Thought there'd be some courtesy, helpfulness with the Nordstrom name, but thanks to rude, disengaged, put off register clerk (Aubriel) i will continue to shop online
The delivery took more than 10 days even I paid extra money for faster shipping. The costumer services responded This is not our problem I will never buy anything from them again.

However, Nordstrom Rack discriminates against those who have been medically exempted from a mask. Their shopping policy completely ignores the medical validity of not wearing a mask.
I am such an individual who cannot wear a mask, i am NOT sick and I've been vaccinated.
In addition, I offered to show both documents proving my exemption and my vaccination card, which is not necessary to provide.
Nordstrom Rack needs to consider ALL shoppers.

I had bought a pair of slides from here and not even a week later they had fallen apart. I had only worn them twice and when I brought them back WITH THE RECIPT AND TAGS INCLUDED the manager denied it because "she had never seen a shoe break like this before". So if anybody has worn their shoes even once and they break well then your out luck because they will not give you any sort of refund wether it be store credit or cash. We were completely turned away with no remorse and will never be returning to Nordstrom rack in the Warwick Mall! Wish I could put half a star or even no stars for the way I was treated.
I don't usually write reviews and don't want to sound like an entitled American, but thought it'd be useful to share the information so that maybe Nordstrom Rack / Haute Look makes some improvements. First of all, the online shopping experience could use some improvement. When I was checking out, I had to enter information a few times to get through the process.
After confirmation, I was contacted by an order specialist to verify info. I gather it's for "fraud protection" but it really doesn't seem like my transaction was that unusual. After that call, I got an email from them stating that my order couldn't be fulfilled, but just 1 part of it and the shipping was refunded. They didn't say what would happen to the remaining part and whether it would still be shipped with expedited delivery. I'd have to say that the specialists just had a little bit of a tone like they didn't really know what's going on too.
Sad that Nordstrom's brand is being tarnished, even though i guess it's their downmarket brand. From reading other reviews, i'm left to wonder if I'll even get my remaining order.

BAD experience. I ordered and paid for a Kate Spade purse, which (supposedly) arrived three days later. I had been wanting this purse for a long, long time and was really looking forward to receiving it. Upon opening the box, I discovered, NOT the purse, but a men's size large pajama top... just that... nothing else in the box, no packing material, purchase receipt, etc.! It was so strange! I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told in a very demeaning, rude tone that the purse was now sold out and there was nothing that could be done about it other than issuing a refund, *after* I had to go to the trouble of returning the pajama top I did not order. Is there something wrong with this picture? Yes, indeed. I was actually punished for the inefficiency of Nordstrom Rack online customer service. I did not receive my long-awaited purse and was treated very rudely to boot! I will never order online from Nordstrom Rack again. I will go directly to an existing store, even though, sadly, I have to drive a two-hour round trip to get there. I wish you all a better experience.
I have wasted so much time on the Nordstrom Rack site. I take my time shopping for what I really want because I know that once I have ordered something and I change my mind, sending it back is a hassle and it takes forever to get the money back, Today I had three pairs of shoes in my cart. I was trying to decide if I needed all three pairs and also their free shipping starts after you spend $89.00. Back and forth checking sizes, materials, etc. so as not to make an error. Last year I purchased jackets that were a name brand. One was final sale and had some isuues but I wear it, and the other had defective stitches on the arm right where you could see an imperfect repair, too large (I went by their recommendation) but mostly really cheap looking. I was really surprised at how low quality the item was. I thought I was getting a bargain but not so much. I did not return it.
So, a pair of boots disappeared from my cart. I went back to put them into my cart because I really wanted them, and they were gone. No more!
This has happened many times before and I thought I would give them another chance. I don't want to shop hurriedly before someone grabs my stuff and buys it from under me. There are so many sites that have quality, and great prices, and sales. Goodbye Rack(et)!
Don't bother shopping here I spoke with CS agents four times about not seeing movement on my package each and every time I was assured that the item has shipped and that it was moving and would be delivered to me by 11/8. This morning the tracking still shows as shipped I once again called between each and we should be that the item will be delivered by the end of the day the end of the day came and went and when I called again and looked at my order on my profile that item was returned and I was charged for the return label. Nordstrom rack will not try to make this huge inconvenience up to me a loyal customer since day one. Kristina the lead I spoke to would only offer expedited shipping and told me that if I was unhappy then Nordstrom, Nordstrom did not need my business. The Nordstrom name use to mean anything. Also Jess on there Twitter account said the same thing that Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack did not need my business. This company had idiot employees that were seeing imaginary tracking information and due to their delay the item sold out and they could care less. Never ever will I do business with this company again and neither should you! You have been warned!
Lately, much of what I order from Nordstrom Rack does not arrive. Five to 10 days (or more) after ordering, they cancel your order for 'no stock'. In the meantime, they have your money. I was told they only update their website every 5 days, so a lot of what they list for sale, in reality, they don't have. I ordered a pair of Vince Saxon 2 sneakers on sale for $89.00. A week later I receive an email telling me my order has been cancelled... you guessed it, no stock. However, they are still listed in my size on the website as in-stock, only now they are $149.00! This is the same day they cancelled my order! Customer service was totally unhelpful. Told me not to reorder them as they were not in stock... yet they know and are still listing them? Never-the-less, not interested in paying 40% more after they cancelled my order for a shoe they apparently have. Is it even legal to take and hold a customers money for an item you know you cannot or have no intention to deliver? I spoke to another customer service agent via their "chat" and she was not only unhelpful, but beyond rude. My opinion, never shop there... at least that is what I am going to do. There are too many small businesses in need of customers to let a huge company earn interest off of thousands of orders they accept but seem to have no intention of fullfilling.
