Crude, maybe, but I am livid that this "company" is allowed to continue doing business. Order took more than a month to receive; they should offer a pay and pickup option because I could travel there, wherever THERE is, and get it quicker. They apparently use the frauded money that they receive to prop up their terrific website. Blouse and pants-look super great online-however the product description fails to explain that the rags come from a sweatshop. Like others have said, there is absolutely no communication with this company, any correspondence with them is way past the cancel/return windows - if you're lucky to receive an answer from them at all. Want to return but no one will answer my email. WHY WHY WHY didn't I look into reviews before ordering? The sizing is off by about 4 sizes ( too small). A lesson I've learned, especially after this debacle, is to never buy from a company whose models' faces aren't shown. That sounds like a terribly sweeping generalization but in my experience, very true. My loss: $85 and my pride in finding great deals online.
If there were less than one star that wouldn't be bad enough, took a month to recieve the first of three shirts, another month for the second and never have gotten the third, the quality was total made in china garbage and nothing like the picture, thin polyester crap that looks worse than homemade... Not a single item in my order was even remotely similar to the pics on their website. Most misleading, deceitful, mischievous marketing i've ever seen. Not only was my order 1 mos late, not a single item was the "linen" fabric their website advertised & for which I paid. The shoes were 3 sizes too small (made of plastic not leather) and the "linen" shirts & dresses? Tissue-thin, cheaply made, microfiber, in neon colors--not the corals & tans I ordered & paid for. If i thought I'd have a fair chance at getting back my money, i'd return every time, use every media source avail to warn consumers about them, and shut them down for good.
Is this company formerly Floryday. If so the reviews are similar. Ordered items that were nothing like what was shown online. Took 2 months plus to arrive but did manage to return the goods and was refunded after mentioning that the transaction would be reversed through credit card company.

I have a new job and needed business casual/fun summer clothes for the office, and was excited to find a site that seemed to sell so many beautiful, stylish clothes made of heavy linen. Boy, was I flabbergasted when my packages arrive and NOT ONE item is made of linen. NOT ONE. Everything single item I purchased is made of cheap polyester/cotton material that the cheapest SHEETS are made out of. And you just know that if you were to ever wash any of them, they'd run and end up even smaller than they are, which is smaller than I ordered. I am so mad at myself for being so gullible. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP. I already wasted enough for the two of us.
So, long story short. I fell for it, i didn't check reviews before ordering and it turns out these clothes are not what is shown on the website. They are poor quallity fabrics, many sizes too small and take a month to get here. When I requested a cancel of the order they said okay but sent all but one item. I then requested a return her is their response. Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.
Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

I am still awaiting a response of any kind from NORACORA customer service. I do not expect any kind of meaningful resoution from them, if other reviews I've read are any indication. In the mean time, I have filed a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission and have also opened a case for mail fraud, since their falsely advertised products are delivered through the United States Postal Service. I encourage all who have experienced this same situation... and there are many, many of us... to do the same.
I purchased the long sleeve V-neck blouse in blue. The description at the time was for a linen-cotton blend blouse. The photo showed the garment in a nice deep blue with lovely drape characteristic of natural linen fiber. Since I ordered, they have changed the description to a cotton-poly blend, which I would never have ordered. Anyway, I received a poly-lycra blend top that is so cheaply made, flimsy, and ugly, it's laughable to think it's even the same top, with not a natural fiber in sight. See the attached photos for the wretchedness of this see-though, ugly fabric, along with a shot of the fiber content from the tag. No response yet from their customer service department, but I will invoke the assistance of Paypal to get my refund. Please, save your money and spend it at a reputable merchant's site. The quality of the garment I ordered is as terrible as the customer service from this site. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
No way to get in touch with them. The submit button does not work and they do not reply to *******@noracora.com I tried to cancel order within an hour. Now I am contacting credit card co for a merchant dispute.
It took more than 8 weeks to receive the 7 items I ordered. 4 needed to be returned (1 due to discrepancy in color/3 for size). No address for returns is provided on website or inside package. I emailed or texted multiple times asking for return address with no response for weeks. The scam is not responding so you miss the 15 day window to return... not the "easy returns/quick refunds promoted on site. Filed a complaint with PayPal... then heard from NoraCora with a return address in HONG KONG! PayPay directed me to return items... while NoraCora told me to "kindly keep the items since they were beyond the 25 day return period."
Unbelievable! Do not do business with this company.

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! I have been trying to get a refund since my package arrived. They will not return email. The return address on the label is cut off. The fabric feels like plastic bags and it looks like kids designed it out of paper bags. When your package arrives you will be sorely disappointed and unable to return anything! THIS IS A SCAM NOT A BUSINESS! I am going to try to have it shipped with a required signature to the NORACORA shipping address. GOOD LUCK. I see many of the same types of reviews. Maybe we can do a class action suit? If you used Pay Pal make sure to lodge a formal complaint under disputes in some cases they can help you get your money back. Or try going through your bank to fight them. This really is a scam.
The quality of clothing that I received upon my order was shockingly poor. The sizing was completely off as it seems that the companies concept of large it was somewhere around a size 4. The return policy is incredibly horrible. They ask you to go to a website telling you that you need to return your products to the return center. There is no address for this return center, Only after communicating in email was I notified that the return center is in China. To be refunded you must get your material that you purchased from them back to China within 15 days. And of course you must pay the freight. They do offer you 15% of your cash expenditure to improve the clothing if you'd like to do that. I have never experienced such a palling service and all my days
Please do not buy anything from this company. The clothes looks so cute online, but they look nothing like that in person, and the sizes are crazy. It's impossible to return anything. They tell you you have 15 days to return, but when you email them to ask for a return address, they don't respond. I am filing a claim today with my credit card company and will do whatever it takes to get my money back. Sadly, this company has it all figured out, and they are scamming every one of us. Don't believe any positive reviews. They're part of the scam too.
I am 3 weeks in and I still don't have my clothes. Reading reviews I realize I may NEVER get them. Don't bother with the tracking numbers, they don't work. Also your order number on the site doesn't work either. Your $$$$$ just go into an empty black pit.
Cute clothes, good prices, but not what's listed on their website. Fabric content is wrong. Everything made of polyester. Yuck. Tried to return the clothes. No return address on their website. Sent them a message. Took weeks before I got a reply. Said I needed to ship the clothes, as my own expense, to China, but did not include an address. Said they would refund me 15% with no return of merchandise. I requested a return shipping address again. Still no answer.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
