Never experienced anything like this! Linen dress! I got cotton and the threads were hanging everywhere. Photos look nothing like product. It's cheap and worse, you receive the package after great delay, only to find out that you really can't return it without a great cost to you, rendering the entire order a loss! Can't wear the clothing, can't return the clothing! It's a scam! DON'T DO IT!

Should have read reviews first but, the pictures were so cute so I went ahead. The three items ordered were nothing like the pictures with exception of the color. The fabric is polyester (labeled dry clean recommended) but advertised as linen. Noracora doesn't know what linen is - think they consider a textured weave linen. Anyway, going to try to return this order. That being said, expect the return shipping to cost more than the items themselves.
Final word? Buy domestically JJill has lovely linen clothing.
I ordered a pair of pants which never arrived. After ordering and waiting I checked the tracking number they had sent me. It was absolutely useless. The geek boyfriend even tried to figure it out but could not. So much for tracking.
Worried, I then checked reviews of this company (which I should have done first, of course). Many, many unhappy customers. I will not purchase anything from this company again. Even if the package does arrive someday, I'm still very leery due to the untrackable tracking number. UPDATE - My order arrived! I like the pants. I was lucky - the fit is good and they are what I expected. Nonetheless, I won't order from this company again. There are so many bad reviews. Who needs the hassle? There are a million other places to shop.
PS The garment came with no care tags/ instructions.

I ordered 5 items on April 24. I received them June 3. There's no return address or instructions how to return the clothes to China. Poor quality fabric. Looks nothing like the sales photos. Sizing varies by garment. Don't waste your money. I'm sorry I did.

As everyone else has noted this is a scam company that sends shoddy clothing after weeks of delay, and won't provide information on how do a return and receive a refund. Attached to the package I received in the SHIP FROM section on the mailing label there is a street address in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Has anyone tried to mail items back to a return address to see what happens? Perhaps if the post office will accept the package as return to sender there's a case to be made with Visa that no refund was sent after the order was sent back.
Refund policy does not exist. I ordered, read a review on line and immediately cancelled my order. I also emailed to confirm that I wanted to cancel the order two weeks later when I had heard nothing and could not reach the company. Finally, 6 weeks later some items shipped. Extremely low budget rejects. I wouldn't buy at all---no quality at all, not worth the time to sew and put it together. Have downloaded the refund directions, you must pay for shipping and the address cannot be obtained until you contact through email. That didn't work over a month ago why should it work now.

The sizing was not even close, the material was cheap at best, it looked nothing like represented in the pictures, it took almost a month to receive, and when I called after 9 days to cancel the woman told me I could not cancel. Omg I just received my dress. Hold up to the lite and you could see through it. One wash or dry clean it will fall apart. This company is a scam. I order all the time with Amazon and Ebay but this is the worst. Gonna donate it. Please dont buy this cheap crap. You are better off donating your hard earned money to battered woman and homeless children. They probably have children sewing all the clothes. If you lite a match it will ignite. Also when ordering make sure it's not direct from China or you will wait and wait.

Long delivery time, garment not same color or size as shown on web site. No return address or response to 6 emails sent to them. Eventually contacted PayPal to start a claim.
Paypal came back with a return address to China, but cost of mailing would be as much as the purchase price of the garment. NoraCora or CHICV International Holdings Ltd as they trade under know this so it is a win win situation or them. Disappointed in Paypal for allowing them to use their payment service.
Do not order from this site! I ordered clothing and it came 3 sizes too small. When i asked for a refund, they said i could either return the clothing to Guangzhou, China within 15 days or they would give me a 15% refund. At this point, i wanted allll of my money. So they said they would provide a return shipping lable. After several attempts to follow up on my request, they never provided the lable. Unfortunately, the website doesn't provide an address for returning clothing. This site/company is horrible. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 2 items separately. And paid for them. Ran very small. I wear a L but ordered an XL due to the non stretch linen I kept them only because I'm dieting and wouldn't be long til they fit.
I had some other items in my cart to think over. In thinking they could be "off" I never purchased them. Low and behold I got an email from them saying everything is on its way. Those scammers used my CC to order this! Not to mention in their greed, they also sent thro bandana headband. My hair is TWO inches long! Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
