Within 12 hours of writing a negative review of Noracora's return policy (2/20/2021), I received an e-mail from Noracora offering a 100% refund if I would rescind that review. Their offer comes after my initial query in early August of 2020 regarding returning clothing that did not fit and/or was not what I had ordered. I was offered a 15% refund. After many e-mails back and forth, I was told if I wanted a complete refund I would have to send my returns to China. After following the many requirements of returning items, and spending $43.00 for the package to be shipped to China, I then waited... and waited. Six months later (2/18/21) the package I had sent to China was returned to me as undeliverable. After re-establishing contact with Noracora, I had high hopes of receiving a complete refund, after all, I had done exactly as they had asked. However, their response was that because they did not receive the package, I would not qualify for a full refund. After a number of e-mails (to their credit, they are good at responding within 24 hours), they offered a 50% refund for the returns, and that I could keep the clothing (that I didn't want in the 1st place). They would not even consider reimbursing me for the cost of shipping the returns to China. I realize that by writing this review I most likely will not receive a refund of any kind, however, it is my hope that if you are reading this to decide whether or not to order from Noracora, you will be acutely aware of their great reluctance in giving refunds.

On October 10,2020 I ordered three tops. I only received one. I kept watching my acct and it kept saying the items were in stock. But they never left their warehouse. Then items were gone. I contact the company three times I was told they are coming. But nothing. I even told them they could exchange my order to something else that I would like same amount of money. I was told they could do that and it would take around 20 days to receive. Today February 19th. I checked to see if the order was shipped. Nope no shipping and No order even. I really liked the clothes. But it's not meant to be. I will never shop here again. I'm very disappointed

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
