Cute items on website, when finally received after 2 months! Sizing, fabric all a con! At least 2 sizes smaller than regular US vendors and all required items required dry cleaning. Followed their return policy, used return label address they provided and spent $60 to ship it back to China. 2 months later, package was returned to me as incorrect address! SCAM!
For 4 months still waiting for my refund. Their customer service is horrible and does nothing to resolve the issue. They have a pre- set reply to all email inquiries from a different person every time.
I have reported this company with FTC ( federal trade commission) as this scam rip off company needs to be shut down! Buy from them and lose your money!
This place is a total rip off. I ordered a sweater, supposedly made from cotton, and they sent me a crudely made, thin polyester nightmare. It was insulting how cheaply made and ugly this item was. I got my credit card company to reverse the charge, because Noracora does not return any money voluntarily. DON'T waste your money. The first two photos show what I got, showing the horrible quality of the wrinkled polyester fabric, and the fact that it is NOT a sweater like they advertised. The last photo is the "sweater" they advertised on their scam website. It's even more of a rip off if you try to return it! They expect you to pay over a hundred dollars in shipping just to return this piece of garbage to China!

This online boutique has always provided me with prompt service with excellent backup emails to let me know where my packages are at the delivery stage of my online clothing purchases.
I ordered 4 items
I received 2 items in 2 weeks and the third item separate in 3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks amd the 4th item says out of stock but also says processing on the same line. I paid for it then said out of stock after they took my money. I have emailed about 5 times over a week span and no response. Right now I'm out 28.88 dollars. I do like the 3 items I received ( shirts)
I'm giving them one more week then reporting to BBB.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
