I received my order and was appalled at the quality. It looks as if they stole designs from photos of beautifully designed clothing and ask their workers who have no training in pattern design to just copy them using the cheapest fabric that happens to be available at the time. The results are laughable and not anything like the photos or descriptions. There is no quality control. The colors are completely off on some items. None of the items hang correctly. The photo shows a bright orange pencil neck turtleneck in a horrible scratchy knit. The item I ordered was supposed to be a loose cowl necked sweater in a rich chestnut brown
To add insult to injury, the return policy is an absolute joke. Although the return address on the package is in the U.S., they demand that you return the items to Guangzhou, China. They are well aware that you will be unlikely to pay at least $60 plus "customs" fees to ship and will accept the 15% refund they offer.
I will never order from them again. Unfortunately, they are giving Chinese companies a bad name. I am a ballet dancer and I have had success ordering beautiful tutus from other Chinese companies.

I order several items, was warned that some sized small, and I should order 2 sizes bigger than normal. Strange. But i did it. The experience was just awful:
A) the orders came in 4 different packages over 3 weeks
B) the cuts are just horrible, absolutely no style, just unwearable even at the pool
C) the fabrics are horrible, the cheapest polyester possible, the kind that would make you sweat right away
D) when I decided to return everything, I was told that I would have to pay to send the items back to China, and then they would have to inspect the items!
E) when I refused to return them and wait, they offered 15% not even 25% and who knows how and when I will be refunded. I will donate the clothes and feel bad to donate such crap.

At first when I saw these White and Sandy looking shoes I knew I had to have them! Then I saw a pair of clogs I guess I call them in a Lite Beige and thought my back would hurt with those! I had them in the cart for a bit in them I ordered them it felt like forever! They are beautiful comfortable and don't hurt at all. I wear an 8 1/2 and they have but whole numbers so I ordered size 8 and they Great and with a little extra room! I love them

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
