We all are aware that 80% of the merchandise coming to USA are from China. When they are regulator by a companies in this case Amazon they conduct their business different. The merchandise has a complete description, the size are pretty much ok, the returns are free and easy and they don't make up the items with a beautiful models and for obvious reason these pages are designed just for that to sale!

I received my package and it was stolen. So, I wrote to them just to check with the courier company if it was actually delivered or not. A week later, to my surprise, I received an email saying that they could not confirm if my package was lost or not. However, I would be reimbursed for everything. That's why I preferred to buy them again.
I purchased shoes from them, and upon receiving it was extremely disappointed in the quality, misleading color advertised on site, shoe was much larger than the size I ordered. Worse than that was when I asked for a refund, they said they will only refund 15%, and I would have to ship it back to CHINA at my expense (which I found out was $27). The item itself was cheaper than that!. If that wasn't bad enough, they told me I have to do this all within 15 days (it wouldn't have even gotten to China by that deadline). They set this whole system up to ensure there is a very slim chance of them issuing you a refund at all! They pride themselves in excellent customer service, yet NOTICE THEY DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, and no customer service at all through email either, which is their only way of correspondence all this time. Horrible, unethical, outright thieves! If you go to other sites for reviews you will see many other horror stories like mine. The true reviews.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Noracora last month. Shipping charges were very expensive (nearly doubled the cost), delivery took weeks, shoes were sized too large, and, if I wanted to return them, I had to pay the return shipping cost to Guangzhou China! I opted instead for the lousy 15% "alteration" refund (like you can alter shoe sizes) and will give the shoes away. This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

The quality of the clothing fabrics in this online boutique is very good, much better than what is seen in the photos and they look very good. They estimated that the shipment would take two weeks which was already faster than I expected considering that it was sent internationally, the dress arrived a day earlier as expected.
Clothing not as pictured, material is substandard- very difficult to return spent $49: to return $105 order. The process took days just to get a return address in China- company offered $35 to keep items but I wanted to spend money in an attempt to get some level of satisfaction.

The pants were exactly as advertised and arrived very quickly, nothing happened, I looked for the clothes easily and they were available in the required size on this website.

After waiting since April 4th, I received two very cheaply and poorly made dresses, today, April 26th.
One cannot possibly be the right size and will not fit. There is white, sloppy sewn seaming around the pockets, and cap sleeves. The fabric is so cheap. The other dress is very sheer and will be a beach topper if it even holds up. I hope to be offered a refund, but the shipping time and communication from them is very poor.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service.
