Very easy first time shopper I did not get the dress i ordred. It was not a sun dress to small and about 6in past my knees. It was not a nice looking dress. If you did not have what i wanted you have no right to send something else and keep my money. I will sending this one back and hope the other dress is what I want or it yo will go back and no excuses. I"m not ready to give 64.00 for nothing

The pictures on the site do not correctly relate to what you receive I. E., colors in a dress advertised as white with red dot we're gray color background with oversized red dot. I have been very disappointed with these orders majority I will never wear and will donate.

I ordered 5 shirts from this company and ended up throwing 4 away. The sizes were not true, the color was not as pictured and the material was completely different from what was pictured. After trying to return, I decided to just trash them. The quality of the products was horrible.

This companies pics are good on website but the product is very thin, poorly made and not sized properly for American womens bodies! They have no intention of accepting returns or refunding your money. They give you the run around when you ask for returns and then they offer to give you either a 25% refund or a 50% refund Not a full refund! Should have never taken a chance on this company, please do not buy from them ever! You'll loose money on the products and they expect you to not only pay for shipping and also the return, unbelievable!

Ordered 2 dresses xl same design 1 for me and 1 for sister Neither fit planning to give to my neices and then order a 3x I was sent another xl I have tried multiple times to just exchange the xl for 3x I only have 2 neices that they may fit as these run very very small. I would not recommend this company due to poor fit and horrible return policy. Especially it was their fault for sending wrong size BEWARE!

The items I ordered in the past have taken very long to ship. Customer service in the shipping dept lacks communication. After complaining I received my items in 2 weeks. I placed the order 4/15/21 complained at the end of may and received items 6/4/2021.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
