Previously I wrote a review on this website in which I was worried if I would receive my order or not. My order has arrived and the material, skirts and quality are excellent. I love 5 out of 6 of them and the one I don't like has made plans to send me a refund. Sizes are small so be sure to order 2 sizes up. Other than that, I really enjoyed my shopping at this online boutique!

I ordered 5 items, and all of them are poor quality. Pants and dresses are not what's described on their website. They will offer you a 50% refund for items you can't use. Don't bother with this company, just donate your money to charity! Customer service wi advise you not to return or exchange what you can't use… what a joke!

We all know about the epidemic that delayed transits, however I believe it should been shipped within two days but…. You need to check it yourself…

My items came frayed. The colors sizes and pictures are a lie. Not one shirt looked even close the the pics on the web site. All three shirts are poor quality. The xxl shirt was smaller than the xl shirt. The corners of the blouse are unfinished and the colors are completely different than the web site. I tried to write a review on the noracora website and it would allow me to put in my order number. No response from my email. All the reviews on the website are fake! Do not buy from this company!
They replied that they had answer my emails. That is a lie. They responded to this review only. Also their response was to give me a partial refund and I could keep the crap they sent. It was unwearable. Again I didn't donate it. It was that bad. I refused as they said I had to take my review down to receive the partial refund. I rather Everyone knows the truth.

I ordered 3 dresses in May 2021. Items were delivered as per postal office, but I never received packages. I have emailed NORACORA customer service several times requesting a refund. They asked that I contact my postal office which I did and they redirected me to the supplier. I'm still awaiting a reply from NORACORA regarding full refund to my credit card. Terrible customer service experience.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
