Bought this as a present, opened and charged as instructions stated. Attached battery and off it went. This is a very fast car, 2 minutes in cuts out out and that was it. Charged battery again only to find out the car was broken. Reported this to nitrotek asking for a refund as thought must be poor quality to break this quickly. Sent car back to be told battery and receiver weren't working properly but no fault was found so not entitled to refund. They would happily replace the parts as gesture of good will but not refund…. 3 weeks on still arguing with me about a refund. Shocking company stay well away….

I bought a RC car for my sons birthday, which turned out to be faulty and did not work. I returned the car and was refused a full refund because I didn't have a post / tracking number for the returned car even though they received the car and I provided the receipt (even though I paid online and they had record of the purchase themselves.
Disgusting behavior. I've reported them to trading standards!

After looking for a specific part almost impossible to find, they did get me what I needed and free of charge. They have always responded my messages and Im pleased with them.

This is my hometown "Nerd hut". I spend a lot of money here and it is awesome! They have all kinds of rc cars, model airplanes, boats, tanks you name it. They also have enough parts and tools too, I don't know what but they've got A LOT.

I bought my escooter just before covid so didn't use it. I have been continually charging it and now disappointed as it doesn't charge properly!? When I turn the key, it just stays on minimum. I'm trying to sort this out with Nitrotek but the warranty has expired.
I have been looking for nitro r/c for my sons birthday present. Found this bargain with all the upgrades in the sale... too good to miss. Can't wait for it to arrive... dad will of course have to test drive to make sure it works...!
A cool R/C shop (rc cars and rc planes galore)! They have a great selection of some nice moderate-high end developmental R/C toys. As much as I love their merchandise - I can always buy stuff online like everyone else.
Good communication, item delivered promptly and as described. Offered best price option for delivery. Would definitely recommend for fast reliable delivery of spare parts for RC car. Only improvement would be to have free delivery for small packages.

Avoid... ordered a pressure washer and it was leaking and not very powerful at all.

Purchased a gift for a work colleague for 10 years of service. Promised next day delivery, 6 days on - nothing arrived. Having spoken to customer service again, promised next day delivery - still nothing! Very embarrassing to have nothing on the day! Been told someone will phone back with an update - nobody bothered...

I bought the build your own condor. It works. Iv broke it a couple of times. Don't get me wrong the price you pay is reasonable but the pieces are so fragile. The model parts are not easy to get hold of either.

Ordered a E scooter from this company. Big mistake they take your money then don't answer your email and if they do answer your email it don't make sence. Please avoid. I purchased for my son he never got is E scooter in so glad I paid via PayPal as I got my money back a week later thank god. Avoid or purchase at your own risk. Please read the feedback prior buying. Believe me I wish I read there feedback first.
In October of 2014, my wife and I purchased an RC beginners mode helicopter which cost around £60 for my 10 year old son. After using it only one day i could not resist but to get a another one for myself as I saw my son flying around and I remembered my old days. I got a Apache helicopter which is brilliant to fly and it doesn't take long to get full control of how to fly these helis. Its a brilliant hobby and Nitrotek are doing as great job!. Keep it up!

Fast delivery, car is very good quality for the price.
Had cheap ones before and were a knightmare to tune, no problems with the condor at all. Called me to tell me the colour I had chosen was out of stock promptly delivered the alternative colour I chose. Will be using them again and again!
Since I explained to them that they have breached my right to a refund and sent them the shpiel Citizens Advice told me to, they've since disabled my account with them, meaning I also can't leave feedback of the bike on their website.
I have been advised to send the bike back to them and wait and see what happens next, but they have informed me Via email that it's unlikely they'll refund me as they've had a bad year due to covid.
This bike was to be used for my small business, it's already held me back for a week and I imagine this will end up at a small claims which means I'll be stuck for at least another 2-3 weeks. However, I refuse to spent over £1000 on a clearly used bike which is not as described. After having it back out of the box I can see the wheels are a different colour also!
I purchased an E-bike for over £1000, what arrived is lower power that advertised, scuffed in several places, missing parts.
Iv contacted NitroTek who say they haven't received photos of damage (have sent twice)
Now have threatened me that I'll likely still not get a refund if i return the bike and that they will just send back with missing parts. Nothing about correcting the motor power or damage.
After having read other negative reviews I would just say tread carefully!
I am going through my bank to get money back as I am covered with it being advertised as ‘new', with it being sent out scuffed to bits and it being wrongly advertised of a higher power.
