I ordered the bike on 27th Feb, then heard nothing from the company and when I contacted them on the 3rd March they said they have to send the bike to the tech team and it was delivered on the 9th March after a week chasing UPS which send messages to confirm weekend delivery and never happened and I was waiting all weekend. Finally the bike was delivered on 9th March and when I was going to build it I found the fork is 2inchs wider than the wheel spindle, I contact Nitrotek and send pictures to show the problem, after 2 weeks of sending emails and pictures I decided to return the bike as it is not my problem to fix their bike and be involved in a repair process. Once I decided to return the bike i couldn't find the return link and waiting for nitrotek to sen it. Almost a month wasted time and stress for a rubbish bike and terrible experience.

Ordered, no issues with that and had fast despatch. I paid extra for a Saturday delivery but the item was sent express 24 which Parcelforce which is a next working day delivery and not a Saturday delivery service. Would have been 5 stars if turned up today, shame. *******949

Great service! I had a problem with the website during the ordering process, and their telephone representative quickly completed the order, and I received it the next day. Very easy to purchase and so many ways to pay at checkout would highly recommend this website for all your RC needs for your hsp and wltoys cars and parts very reasonable prices aswell for single orders or multiple orders together.
They are not over priced on the parts aswell the cheapest I have seen around for these cars and trucks A+++++++++

I placed a order (*******) on Sunday evening via bank transfer which save you some £££ the website is easy to use and navigate. My order arrived in 2 days and is absolutely perfect and exactly what i was looking for! The instructions were easy to read and has list of parts and there part numbers, and also how to adjust the steering etc! I will definitely be shopping here again for spares and for my kids for there birthdays and Xmas!

Great little car, fast as you like and ready to run strait out the box. Had a problem with battery operating time and had to contact c/s, Nathan helped me with the problem in a professional manner and it,s on the way to getting sorted. The only thing I would improve is I would rather speak to someone on the phone rather than contact by email but that's just my preference. Thanks Nathan

Bad communication. They just cancelled my order without letting me know. I only found out because I emailed them. Waste of time. Apparently they had no stock, despite it showing that it was in stock. Keep your inventory up to date and at least have the decency to send an email. Will not be use again.

Ordered a few bits for my sons bike and all have been packed well enough to protect them. Only small niggle is the website can take a while to load up new pages and sometimes have images missing which means guesswork on the part ordering (been ok so far!) had to contact customer service once and was answered almost immediately via email so that's a great help.

I have had a quick and efficient service from Nitrotek beginning with a very easy product choice from there well illustrated web site. The ordering and payment process was particularly easy and operated smoothly.
