Has anyone else had a problem contacting their number?! Faulty car but no answer!

My original review stated "buyer beware". This company receives five star reviews but ONLY if the customer has not had a problem with their order/product. If you have a problem you can be sure they'll give you the run around for as long as you continue to maintain contact with them. Rarely do the resolve the problem because it is never their problem!

Same experience as below - contact trading standards immediately - they will tell you to send a record delivery letter to NItrotek giving them 7 days to respond. If they don't, you are within your consumer rights to let trading standards take up the case - this company have no customer service and will only send you automated messages - if you bought the item on a credit card, contact the credit card company and they can possibly stop the payment to Nitrotek but act on this immediatly

Keep sending emails and also call the sales line get a name of any body they will fob you off but keep calling them every week and ask for that person make out they said they would sort it keep on and on and on at them arse holes!

I am still waiting for my money and it's been 6 weeks but you can only deal by email

They won't deal with it on the phone it's sakes only you have to go online and do it in help and support don't hold your breath though they are useless took me 12 weeks to get sorted and only cos I git pissed off n told them to send me the parts and il repair it myself

You can only get an answer though there e mail ticketing system and it is a complete joke. They will tell you it's your fault and you have done something wrong they are the most vile company you could ever deal with total crooks.

I was well within the 14 day refund period but they have totally ignored the refund request I entered on their website.


It is a case of what you purchased from them, you are on your own to repair or in my case LOOSE £479.00!

As above just email email email and yes email some more and express how p*** off you are and eventually you may get a response. I did this and was curt but not abusive (hell I wanted to be VERY abusive) and in the end I got a result. Not a refund. Not a repair I just got my faulty useless Helicopter back... without a return postage charge! Apparently that was them being really helpful! This company should be closed down
