I brought a couple cars from nitrotek with in 3 weeks both cars broke, steering servo on both. Contacted them through the ticket system well what a load of *$#@ 7 days in and still no closer to any sort of solution. Problem could of been sorted in a day or two of they actually looked at and replied to emails a little more promptly issues would be solved far quicker and a lot less complaints.My order id *******
Ordered and paid for rc car with ease. It arrived really quickly. Great! Gave as a gift on Christmas Day and unfortunately over a week later it still doesn't work. Communication between the site and myself is awful. They are really slow to return information and nothing is being sorted out. I have a very unhappy son and I'll be returning the item as soon as I can get response from them as to how I do this!
I bought an RC helicopter as a Christmas gift, boxing day the rear rotor failed. I contacted Nitrotek who told me to take it apart and fiddle with it and if that didn't work to send i back for a bit of professional fiddling. I sent the item back (at my cost) asking for a refund because it was not fit for purpose. I was informed the item had been damaged in the post and I needed to pay for the repairs.
I would not recommend buying from this company!
I read bad reviews about this company but I still went a bought a petrol car from them at a very good price. The car was well packaged and the box in good condition. Just ordered another car from them, fingers crossed lol.

I've been their customer since many years. Very cool stuff! I wish there were more shops like this left in this world. It was a true pleasure.
Bought a model buggy for my son christmas 2014 at £170. Worked for fifteen minutes then speed controller packed up. Simple I thought, should be covered under warranty. How wrong was I? Useless online advice from their help desk got nowhere. Told i needed to wait for returns number which never appeared so said i was returning it anyway for repair. Nothing for six weeks despite endless emails asking for updates. Then informed that i needed to provide proof I had even sent it! Cut a long story short had to got through small claims court to get them to repair the model, finally got it back over six months after it stopped working. Pity as i liked the look of some other models, but i will never deal with this bunch of goons again.
I've bought two cars from Nitrotek, and now need some spare parts - I placed an order over five weeks ago, with payment taken immediately. I've chased three times via email to their support desk as there's no other way of contacting them whilst they work from home, but have received no response. One of the cars cannot be used until the parts arrive. Customer service needs to improve greatly if you want repeat custom.
This is an out of the way hobby shop that deals with RC airplanes. They've never failed to have just the right widget or part I need. Tight quarters, great service, great selection. They always have unique toys. I've had good luck finding parts for Cessna plane and all other "standard" rc parts. Give them a visit.

Nitrotek.co.uk have good reviews elsewhere and my experience so far has been excellent. Particularly good prices and an extra 5% off if you pay by Bank Transfer. Ordering was straightforward, P&P free and promised next working day. Only remains to be seen!

Do not buy from this co. You will never get your money back. I emailed them after a month as received no response. They said no manufacturing fault and asked me to pay for the postage again to return the model.
Not just for geeks and kids - though chances are it will turn you into one or the other! Amazing selection of classic rc toys you'll remember from your childhood. I'll be back this summer. With a wallet full of cash.

A legendary car has arrived in top condition(yet to test drive but all appears well), packed well enough, double boxed with bubble wrap. Next day delivery. Wide selection of other products for a modern day consumer also inc. electric scooters etc etc. Before going anywhere else, go to NitroTek, you won't be disappointed. Need I say more.

The car I ordered came broken. It had a screw sheared off on the clutch holder. Company was not willing to help. Now I find that parts are not readily available and of course there is absolutely no customer service.
The inner nerd in us all, who still wants to play with awesome stuff, needs to flock to this place. Prices are better than you'd expect, and aftermarket support is great. The last time my kids rc car broke, it's his I swear, I felt like I was robbing the store when they installed the needed fix free of charge.
After my son saving birthday money for nitro car! £150 I have had nitro cars for years! Noticed no pull cable attached! Filled out return email! To be told that's the problem with beginners! The car never been filled with fuel or started nor pulled! Told order a new one! Let's see who the smart arse is! Social Media! Court etc there $#*! do not buy
