Best hobby shop I've found in the area. Large selection (cars/trucks, tanks, boats, helicopters, planes, etc), decent customer service, fair prices. Would highly recommend this shop for all of your hobby needs!

Bought the Z2 Aluminium Folding Electric Bike about 6 weeks ago and been using it extensively - it rides very fast and feel light and agile.

Would definitely recommend it and at a great price too.

Only comment is about the brakes, would be good to have a front disc brake and not just in the back

Bought a Pershing Tank from Nitrotek. First the firing mechanism jammed. Sent it back at £12.80 (cheapest option) which has still not been refunded. Took nearly 5 week's to come back. Problem fixed but after 10 minutes running time the tanks near side track does not run at the same seed as the offside causing it to pull to the left continuously. Have asked for a refund now as the product is clearly not fit for purpose. If I don't get any satisfaction I will use Cheshire Trading standards and will not hesitate to pursue them until I get my money back. In the meantime I have to try to explain to my 8 year old why his Christmas present doesn't work. Quite the worst online company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't deserve the 1 out of 5 that I have given them, it should be zero.

This place is full of drones! I love how there's so many different varieties, from the tiniest little drones to like insanely big drones. From basic hobby needs to professional services they have what you need! I haven't made any acquisitions there yet but they repaired my drone in no time. Highly recommend.

Not expensive and they have everything you could want from a hobby
Store. Really nice selection of imaginative play toys--think cars,
Trucks, planes, tanks etc. They have better pricing on the toys than
Toys r us and Amazon. (in most cases). Overall, great experience.

I brought a Nitro car from this company and only used it 4 times, the engine breaking in stages.
I've been racing RC cars since 17 and now I'm 37 and the car wasn't fit for purpose! Very poorly made and I sent product back fully packaged within the return date.

Nearly 2 months later and countless emails I'm being ignored and feel like I've been totally robbed by this company.

I would advise anyone not to use this company it is so hard getting answers and feeling like I'm never going to get my money back.

Avoid this company at all costs never dealt with such a unprofessional company ever!

Nitrotek has an enormous selection of rc cars. The customer service was good after all, and the prices were fair.If you need rc car kits, tank or plane, or other assorted heli/drone, this place is an absolute must-visit. It's just that simple.

No problems with them ordering and receiving items and they happy to speak to you if your buying. But God help you if an items faulty spent 200 quid on a car only to find it has faulty diffs rear and front and spat a tooth from spur gear while running in messages will all be answered within 24 hours in your dreams 5 days later and nothing but a pile of useless scrap still sat under my stairs waiting for them to deal with why cos it's under 14 days and they can't hide from their 14 day money back terms bunch of clowns and a con outfit

When they say next day delivery you get it the next day (but i didn't think it would be here a 7.30 am). My Iron Man came very well packed and every thing was there.
The only down side which is nothing to do with Nitro Tek was the instruction manual you have to laugh at some of the translation. My son is now saving up for one himself.

Like many others I purchased an item for my sons birthday but this was faulty from the start. They have no phone lines to actually speak to anyone, only via online support tickets which takes ages to gain responses from. I sent the item back which has been inspected by there technician and guess what, it has no faults and they will not refund any money. The rc car does not turn so I don't understand how they can say this. Will be taking this to the small claims court. STAY AWAY!

The cars are ok and they are quick to dispatch and take your money but... try getting replacement parts!
After 6 months and 24 e-mails I am still trying to get a replacement part (despite sending the exact part that I needed back to them by Recorded Delivery)
Their service and communications have been incompetent at best and on occasion I have been treated quite rudely!
Dont waste your money here. Go to a proper model shop rather than an internet trader for this type of kit.
