Since I explained to them that they have breached my right to a refund and sent them the shpiel Citizens Advice told me to, they've since disabled my account with them, meaning I also can't leave feedback of the bike on their website.
I have been advised to send the bike back to them and wait and see what happens next, but they have informed me Via email that it's unlikely they'll refund me as they've had a bad year due to covid.
This bike was to be used for my small business, it's already held me back for a week and I imagine this will end up at a small claims which means I'll be stuck for at least another 2-3 weeks. However, I refuse to spent over £1000 on a clearly used bike which is not as described. After having it back out of the box I can see the wheels are a different colour also!
