You will be lucky to get the order described on their site and that's if you get your order at all!
Customer service is a joke, they don't refund any faulty goods and don't comply with any legislation. You will end up out of pocket, just like so many of their other customers!
Hopefully, they will be under investigation real soon - it's a rogue business!
I recently purchased a used nitro buggy that I thought was near impossible to get up and running again until I found nitro tek!, I was amazed a the amount of spares that was stocked and at very reasonable prices, I immediately placed an order ******* and was delighted that my items were readily available and a shipping cost that was also very respectable, I will definitely be making future purchases 10 out of 10.

They are nice people when you buy but once you have bought nobody is willing to help you ive been after a part for the last eight months just today they told me that they are no longer do that part they have brought out a different part but nobody updated their systems its worth shopping around paying a little bit more extra at a different company
I ordered a part which I need urgently but unfortunately there's no tracking facilities so I'm stuck in limbo as I need this part by early Monday morning but it's coming via Royal mail so I don't hold much hope

Appalling After Sales Service. After agreeing a voucher refund of £49.99 this company have refused to honor the vouchers on a subsequent attempted purchase. Quite simply they have ignored all emails and seem to think this is OK. Be vary wary of this shady outfit
Nitrotek is the best looking website witch gives you the trust by having many parts and rc cars and i think this team is really putting effort into what they are doing.

Purchased a buggy that failed when it arrived. Nitrotek blames me even though I haven't used it and want me to pay another £60 (buggy cost £90) to repair it! Rip off merchants! Do not use this company.
Purchased. A 1/5th scale truck. After 10 minutes Of running in at half throttle it started falling apart sent back to exchange or repair and they send me a quote To repair the item which im refusing to pay. Easy web site to navigate. Was happy with transaction. Just needed it to be delivered so had to review again as delivery wasn't as smooth as online purchase... Not so happy now. Fuel provided leaked from an apparently sealed bottle all over everything in box. Drove once with 1/10 scale model and its never started again. Contacted this company but no joy, loads of replies but no mention of getting it sorted. Internet only company. No customer service to talk to. One needs to email everything but gets no real positive responses. Made me feel like I did something wrong. I will never recommend or use this lot ever again. Most expensive paper weight I've ever purchased yet. STAY AWAY! Go to a real model RC shop, deal with real people face to face.

For someone that buys a lot of goods online I must say this firm is the worst I have come across. Absolute appalling customer service. Though the goods may seem good, other sites are mush better, Ordered spare parts from a competitor and they came within days, even had questions so called them and they were extremely helpful. Nitrotek on the other hand have forwarded me the same response via email4 times - on each occasion they have totally avoided my questions. Rude on the phone as well - luckily they are based up north or I would hunt them down and demand answers. CRAP

The actual sales side is quick and efficient and goods are delivered on time and as promised. The after-sales leaves much to be desired. Had issues with orders and it took the senior management to get involved to rectify and resolve. In the end, I got the result that I wanted, albeit being left with a sour taste. I will not be returning. My advice to Nitrotek: treat a customer as you would like to be treated yourself. In the end... the customer has a lot more clout than you'd like to think.
