After 3 months of our 160+ servers having the runtime taken off all servers we never did receive a reply that could of helped us understand why they terminated us. Even a response saying what we could do like such renew the 160+ servers we had only just spent thousands on for that month. We never gained our population back after this. Went from on average 500+ players at a time daily to under 100 because of this. We had to let go of what we had worked so hard to build over a 2 year period, 24/7 admining, managing, blood sweat tears and many mental breaks later. All for Nitrado to strip us of our hard earned commute. It makes me feel ill thinking of what we had and what we lost. You'd get better dev support at the bottom of the ocean than counting on Nitrado. Was a day to day job i was very passionate about. If only Nitrado devs treated it the same. Avoid Nitrado servers please take my experience as if it was yours. Unfortunately they are the only Server Host for Ark Survival Evolved on xbox so we all ended up going our seperate ways. Really shattering I wish I knew more legality to see if i could get them to compensate the thousands of dollars, damages and the damage it done to our community. Giving our competitors a easy spot at the top where we had been for years. I pray that Nitrado has there day in court for what they do the there loyal customers. And i hope they loose sleep. I have been a loyal customer of Nitrado for nearly two years, spending over $2,000 monthly to host a large gaming community. Recently, my servers were abruptly terminated without warning or clear evidence of any alleged Terms of Service violations. Despite reaching out multiple times to their support team, I have only received vague responses, with no transparency or opportunity to address the supposed issues.
This sudden and unjustified termination has disrupted my community, caused financial loss, and damaged my reputation. As a paying customer in good standing, I expect fair treatment, detailed explanations of any concerns, and the chance to rectify them if necessary. Nitrado's handling of this situation has been highly unprofessional and raises serious questions about their business practices.
I am deeply disappointed and urge others to carefully consider their choice of hosting provider. I hope Nitrado will take responsibility and work to resolve this matter. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.
Bought a server named it and started it to make sure all was good before adding mods and changing settings. After it not showing up I msgd nitrado. They blame Microsoft's sensors even tho the name when typed into search does not get sensored making it an allowed name for Xbox. Even mimicked existing server name to still not show up. No matter how much I msg them and provide screenshots they just point fingers at Microsoft and say it shows on thier end. Ummm isnt it the purpose of the server to show up on the paying customers end regardless of what nitrado sees on thiers. Piss poor customer service.
Absolutely horrible. Customer support is nearly impossible to contact and when you do get a hold of them they're lazy, only offering up self help options. My server was dead locked and wouldn't start, they claimed it was mods. I removed all the mods and it still took nearly two days to hear anything back from the tier 2 techs after already waiting several days. This problem has been ongoing since 1-3-25 and still hasn't been resolved. They also will not issue a credit when they are at fault. Essentially they like to steal money. Sadly I reached out to one of they're competitors and they were more helpful than nitrado even when they didn't have to be. If you're looking for game server hosting I would not recommend nitrado. In fact they could offer me a year subscription for free and I would pass.
I recommend havoc game server hosting. Responds to tickets within 10 minutes, even at a low priority. They offer more options to improve game play on the server, ie more memory dedication and a higher CPU usage. They are slightly more expensive with advanced options, but still considered cheap and server slot is nearly quadrupled. Havoc Hosting is by far more superior than nitrado.
Garbage company that will give you a terrible server. Doesn't matter the game, if you have ANY other choice go with them.
Bought a 3 month Scum server rental. Could not get it to work for 12 hours after numerous reaches out to their support. In the end they could not help me but refused to refund my money?
Worst customer service. Cancelled my server and removed my payment information, then they auto renewed my server without confirmation and told me I did not cancel or remove my payment information. Contacted support and they just argue and say there's nothing they can do.

I turned auto renew off and for some reason they auto renewed it anyways. I emailed them as soon as I got the email and they refused to refund. Even though my server had not been on for 20+ days in the month prior (which I paid for prior). This new payment was for another month. To not refund a customer when they turned their auto renew off and you renewed it anyways is disgraceful. Especially considering the server was off and I emailed them immediately.
They also have no technical support. It took 3-4 days for one response email. It would have taken 3-4 weeks at that pace to solve my issue. It was completely unuseable which is why I turned it off. I did not request a refund for that month.
I am trying to reinstall my server and some reason I still have my stuff been trying to connect to Nitrado because I was needed help right now like I not going to wait 24 hour for waiting there reply so it waste of time anyway and plus they never responded it to me too so what is a points buying Nitrado if they never help so I try to wipe my server 5 time and the wipe didn't work on dayz custom server on console I try everything they just need to fixed there crap rn so i would not recommend this so if someone know code it here my discord there proof that I still have my stuff they need to fixed the wipe dashboard because it not working any more if no one gonna help me then I would not recommended this hosting server for dayz for Xbox i recommend staying aways from it

I Bought Nitrado for 3 days as I was interested in it I then proceeded to try to set up my server the UI was overly confusing and made no sense I was unable to access configs and then asked for a refund as I bought it 20 minutes ago they then declined my refund. Cancelled subscription multiple times, yet was still charged. After contacting support was met with nothing but copy pasted answers that were not even relevant. Absurd how much effort it took just to get a terrible copied response. Will never do business with them again, and I enjoyed the servers. Sad how their support makes me not want to touch them ever again.
Their web systems and UI are clunky and still needs a lot of work. Server stability and patching process has improved. I have tried them three times in the last 4 years (Astroneer Server, Valheim Server, and Enshrouded Server).
Their credit and auto-renewal practices are near nefarious. They deliberately obfuscate how to adjust and save turning auto-renewal off. They will argue on policy and terms with you during cancellation to scrape an extra month of charges out of you and block a refund. Read everything carefully if you do choose to use them. Any charges as credit you will never get back. They will charge you for credit purchases over the total cost of the service, then leave the excess credit in the account which you cannot use or be refunded and they will just claim after 3 years of not using it. Better services offered from other companies with less deceptive or sleazy business practices.
I will never use them again. Go read up on their employee reviews if you are curious why they behave this way.
I've been a cluster owner for many years now on ark survival evolved and now ark ascended.
The servers are always laggy, and stuff starts to break after the 14 day grace period so noone can get there refunds.
When coding servers for asa lines of code double on there own, which voids the codes from working. Customer service takes up to 2 days to respond and if your server is down for that time... we'll tough luck you won't be refunded or credited the lost time it too for them to respond to your issues.
I hate nitrado with a passion and will never play ark ascended again due to them holding a monopoly on the hosting options. F wildcard and nitrado. If I could give them a zero star or negative star I would.
Never buy from this company. It seems like they have a very common bug that occurs every few days at random, and when a game has a patch where servers will get stuck on an infinite loop. They have multiple suggestions, and support that neither seem to help. This site is a joke, if you can avoid it please dont support them
I was paying for a monthly subscription for Ark Survival Ascended. The server was regularly difficult to manage, and had some of the worst UI interface mechanics I have EVER experienced. The server experience was enough to make my friends dislike the entire Ark game, and only 2 people even tried to stick with the server.
On top of that, I attempted to cancel the automatic extension of my server, and several hours after I had cancelled, I got charged for the server anyway. They are refusing to give me a refund, stating that their Terms of Service do not allow for refunds of automatics extensions. Even if the Automatic Extension was cancelled, they will not refund a false charge. I have spent the last 5 days arguing with their customer service who refuses to give me a refund, so now I'm now going through my credit card company to dispute the charge because they are so horrible with their customer service.

I wouldnt really recomend using nitrado, as I have really bad customer experience. I rent a server, and due to not really user friendly UI of their pages, i didnt properly canceled automatic prolong of the subscription, and i get charged another month, while not using their services at all. When I reached them abou this(right after the charge, not like after 14 days), they told me something like, nothing we can do, and further messages will be ignored :D . This is another level of bad customer satisfaction policy. I dont know man. If i run a business, i care about customer satisfaction, so the customers return and spend more money. Its part of every good business case. Anyway, I read a lot of negative reviews all over the internet, so im not spending any more money here, and i advise you not to as well. Have a nice day.
I made a server for me and two of my friends on ASA. It ran great with little to no lag and low ping, but the web interface was either not loading, or extremely slow. Right now it is stuck on a restart/update loop and cant be fixed even with the recommended fix on their discord. I cant even send a support ticket in.
Paid for a server and within 8 hours it was useless, couldn't log in or anything. Total scam, do not use this company.
Attempting to fix a server issue for Ark Ascended, after an update. Nitrado keeps reverting to backups of the server and asking us to wait to try to log in, and the server still won't update, so we still can't even find the server to see if its working. Have gone through the "wait 20 minutes" process twice, and the time between each of these was 3 hours. Nitrado support is horrible, and this monopoly on Ark servers is absurd.

Nitrado as a game provider is good and solid partner. Their servers are rock solid and support regarding game servers and technical issues is Ok.
Problem is when you want to cancel all your servers you paid in advance and no longer want to use. Nitrado will not refund you. They will charge you 50% of all your remaining credit and keep all your remaining money on your nitrado account.
Ordering a servers for months till year in advance is not a wise here. If you will not longer need your game servers, They will charge you 50% of all your remaining money you invested into them.
You will receive credit but that credit they won't refund to your bank account. You may only order another game server (what a joke charging (stealing) 50% from your account money you may use to order another game server from them only)
If you want a game server from Nitrado, never pay more than for 1 month in advance. Never pay them like I did, for 3 months or years in advance.
For me, this is pure stealing practice taking 50% as a cancellation fee and after that not refunding even remaining credit back to your bank provider.
I was happy with Nitrado for a long time but this shady practice well.
Hundreds of € taken away from me 113,70€ remaining credit after 50% charge, probably too.
Nitrado, keep my money. I don't care anymore.
