Attempting to fix a server issue for Ark Ascended, after an update. Nitrado keeps reverting to backups of the server and asking us to wait to try to log in, and the server still won't update, so we still can't even find the server to see if its working. Have gone through the "wait 20 minutes" process twice, and the time between each of these was 3 hours. Nitrado support is horrible, and this monopoly on Ark servers is absurd.
