Crashing, lagging, $#*! customer service, losing data, games not working, rendering is $#*!ed, actual gameplay is AIDS, $#*! fps, fps stuttering stopping then continue killing you or putting you in places you shouldn't be, theres not much else to complain about because the entire experience has been horrible. Do you're self a favor either dont buy nitrado or find a better service for less with better compatibility and performance so youre not complaining and getting pissed off when all of the above happens to you on their $#*! service.
I am trying to reinstall my server and some reason I still have my stuff been trying to connect to Nitrado because I was needed help right now like I not going to wait 24 hour for waiting there reply so it waste of time anyway and plus they never responded it to me too so what is a points buying Nitrado if they never help so I try to wipe my server 5 time and the wipe didn't work on dayz custom server on console I try everything they just need to fixed there crap rn so i would not recommend this so if someone know code it here my discord there proof that I still have my stuff they need to fixed the wipe dashboard because it not working any more if no one gonna help me then I would not recommended this hosting server for dayz for Xbox i recommend staying aways from it

Nitrado is hosting all of the official ASA servers, this is by far the worst experience in crashing and rollbacks i have ever experienced. The servers crash every 5-15 minutes for 1-6 hours straight and unsave everything. The servers keep repeating this so its impossible to get anything done. We have been in the loading screen longer then we have been playing the actual game.
I've received support from someone called Antonio Molina, he was quick, effektive, and very, very nice.
If all Support would work like he does, you wouldnt find mad customers on this planet any longer.

Been using this service for about a month now with no problems at all. I needed to renew my xbox server so I added funds to my account only to discover that funds added to your nitrado account cant be used to renew an xbox server! Microsoft requires you to go through their app on the xbox console to pay for the server. I contacted customer support and chatted with Hector Santana, he was very helpful in ensuring I got my refund and my server was restored. Great servers, better customer service, definitely reccomend!

It feels like the devs over at Nitrado just added features in a rush to their panel and put very vague descriptions on it. Localization is even worse, it's bad when your customers have to translate time outside of their localization, I've seen internal systems better made than Nitrado and that's the backend of systems. Do not buy here, it's a shame this company lacks decent competency when it comes to anything convenient for the customer, it's almost like they are punishing you for using them. I hope the worst for this company and the only reason they're in business is their monopoly and contracts with certain companies to require them to have services with their clients. I hope in the future said companies avoid Nitrado and they go bankrupt

I attempted to set up a PS4 DayZ server with the "custom package" since I only need the "4 player" max option. It seemed all good, only $6.19. Then when I clicked to confirm the order, I was hit with an error, saying that the 10 player package was the minimum you can buy for the PS4 DayZ server. It Still Charged Me The $6.19 though! It slapped the $6.19 into the wallet instead of refunding... There is legit no easy way to just "cancel" or even "refund" without navigating the support system. I just hope the failed "error" purchase doesn't try charging me next month since initially I put in for a renewing subscription..

Servers are trash, since the release of ARK Aberration everything keeps crashing over time & servers take aprox 5-10 min to start & 15 mins to shut down, updates are slow as heck and take way to long. Support is also trash.
My account was hacked and even with proof and photo I'd they refused to help me. Everytime I reached out to nitrado they keep bringing up other accounts I never even mentioned. I kept saying what account but they never helped me
My Xbox one DayZ server has been shutting off and back on randomly for the last 3 days. Every. Single. Time. I have contacted Nitrado, and they have said, "the issue has been fixed." or "We see the current issue, and we will have it fixed in an hour."
They told me they would have it fixed in an hour, and it has been 6. I've have spent over an hour on the phone with them, and they can't seem to do their $#*!ing job.

I purchased an arma 3 server from Nitrado, it worked fine for about 3 days, then was impossible to connect to for a week. I made multiple tickets for support, but all they did was change the server location and the issue persisted, so i asked for a refund, it took 3 DAYS for a response, by then it was past the full refund date. Stay tf away

I have mailed them about trying to top up my account multiple times. It automatically DONATES to a user who has the same firstname as me (Jasper) as their username. My username is Jazzard. I have contacted them about the issue on their website doing this and the answer was a simple. 'We can't help you with that' the issue is clearly on the redirection of the page, So I contacted them again to refund me since this was their mistake. But to no use. If the issue gets fixed I will modify my review but I highly doubt it after reading all of this. Nitrado should clearly fire some people.

I've had a server with Nitrado for a year. During that year, the server has been moved to different computers enough times to get me about 14 different IP addresses. At no time was the help of the staff worthy of even a 1 star. I have emailed and literally begged for help only to get responses in other languages I can't understand or asking for details I had already given. I do NOT recommend Nitrado for ANYTHING except a headache. After a year of paying them, I have just now finally had enough and cancelled all my servers with them. I will look for a better system.

Had a Minecraft bedrock server hosted through Nitrado for 6 days. Everything worked perfectly until one day I logged in to a completely wiped world. After calling customer support, (waited 1.5 hours on hold) the support agent explained to me that we could restore our world from the most recent backup point. She also said she could issue new hardware which would change our IP and port to prevent further issues. While changing our hardware, OUR RESTORE/BACKUP POINTS WERE DELETED. RIP to a combined ~100 hours between my friends and I. They said there was nothing they could do to fix it. I got a full refund for the 30 days I paid for, and I'll be going elsewhere to host my next server. Note that this was nothing on my end I did to corrupt the server, it was 100% on them.

Full server reset on each update, accasional reset to day one due to a bug with the system. This cost players everything and even tho it's fixable it damages players trust on the server and results in losing longtime players multiple times over. It's trash, don't waste your time or money.

Everytime I look the server has gone offline again and even when I start it up it does now work just a waste of money in my experience I woukd expect a full refund but they don't give either, don't use them

Bought a pixark server. I could never get on the server and contacted support. They told me in so many words there servers are broke and suggest i get a refund. So their selling you broken servers and know about it wow. Can i get a refund sure but you have to contact microsoft.

My server is stuck in restart state. I contacted the support via ticket. The only answer he had for me was:
We can't do anything, time will solve your problem. WTF!
24 hours laters, my server is still not fixed. I lost a day of rental. I lost players.
Been renting server from them for too long. It's not the first time is happend over the past years.
Looking into a new server provider because I feel they only want the cheese and dont **** care about the customers.

I wouldn't rent anything from them. Their website, especially their donating to friends to keep servers online-option, is unsafe. That's not the worst part, the worst part is their service is lacking. A friend was able to do a Paypal-payment with my Paypal account, about a few minutes after I donated to his account with my own account and saved my Paypal credentials to my Nitrado-account. This lead to a lot of e-mails back and forth to Paypal and Nitrado. Nitrado denied there was anything wrong (I've got obvious proof) and so did Paypal. I gave up on them eventually after dozens of e-mails and took my loss. Just a warning.
