If you don't pay for the higher shipping they use FedEx Smartpost. No guarantee when, if ever, you will receive your merchandise. My order has been stuck in a location about 20mikes from me for over a week. I could have walked there and back by now. NFLShop using them to save a buck. I will go elsewhere to by my fan gear from now on.

Ordered 8 Buffalo Bills cornhole bags with carrying case a month ago. Never received a order confirmation email which I found was strange but kept utilizing the tracking system on their site and it appeared they were on their way. Order was placed August 9th and estimated delivery was August 26. Come August 26th nothing arrived and the site tracker still said "processing". After some searching for their customer service number I contacted them this morning September 3rd and the automated voice recording stated my order had been cancelled and a refund would be sent in 10 business days from date of cancellation. Again, I was never alerted that they had cancelled my order and here we are a month later and still no refund. Terrible customer service practices and terrible confirmation/cancellation practices. I will not be using this site again and have placed a new order through Amazon for the same product. I don't know how to proceed to get my $65 back but this site is a scam.

Said free shipping and then showed the total without shipping only to find they charged me an additional 16 bucks to ship a single T-shirt to Nebraska. Shipping is taking forever as well. Went to cancel order and only going to refund me 27 dollars out of the 55 dollar charge. These guys are crooked.
I purchase Cornhole boards, bean bags for the boards and a carrying case for the board. Two weeks later receive everything but the boards. I call customer service and they told me their system canceled part of my order because it was out of stock. No one email or notified me.

Terrible experience shopping on the NFL Shop. How a major organisation can provide such abysmal services is beyond me.
Purchased a jersey and paid for expedited international shipping. First package didn't even make it to transit and was not informed of this until delivery date rolled around and I had to email to clarify. There is also no easy way to contact customer service - I had to dig though these overwhelmingly negative reviews where a customer service agent provided an email address to contact them.
While the customer service agent was very nice and patient, this was not the end of my disappointment. They offered me a replacement WHICH GOT LOST YET AGAIN. So much for 'Expedited international shipping'.
Now they're processing a refund which will take up to 7 days. Absolute waste of time. Shop here at your own risk.

During the draft I ordered 3 jerseys, a Greg newsome for myself and 2 micha parsons jerseys for my mom and dad. At first it said I'd have to wait a month or 2 for the jerseys to ship. No biggie I'm not in a rush. I proceeded to wait a months before my parents jerseys came in but for the last 2 month my Greg newsome jerseys keep getting $#*!ing delayed, instead of it coming July 24 it got pushed to August 9, and now when I check to today it says it won't come in till $#*!ing September 15. I ordered my $#*! on may 29, so please $#*!ing tell me why it takes 5 months to ship 1 $#*!ing jersey when it only took the other ones a month to get here. I bought a Dallas Cowboys Apple Watch band and it was cheaply made.
The band parts were all extremely thinner than the apple bands you buy from apple and the loge was crooked and seemed to be coming off already.
With shipping handling and taxes and fees the band costs more than a real Apple Watch band ($50.98).
I contacted the returns department and they want to charge me an Additional $10 dollars to ship it back so the final cost to me would be $17 after they refund me $33 out of the original $50.98 (plus the additional $10 for return shipping)
To make it worse the SAME EXACT WATCH BAND IS BEING SOLD ON OTHER SITES FOR $30 less.
What a scam!

My wife ordered a 49ers custom George Kittle jersey for me for Christmas last year, since a 5x wasn't offered in the regular Kittle jerseys, I had worn it a few times but had not washed it because I was worried about the numbers messing up on it, I finally wound up spilling something on it so it had to be washed. After the first wash the numbers have already started cracking and red is showing through the white numbers. $150+ wasted on a jersey that I could only wear until I washed it once... pitiful quality

I ordered a hat and jersey for my terminally ill father. I paid extra to guarantee it's delivery date. 4 days past delivery still NOTHING. I called NFLSHOP they said they have no uodates call Fedex. Fedex says it was spotted using SmartPack meaning no one knows. As of this morning he passed away still waiting. NO ONE AT NFL SHOP WILL HELP.

First of all their products are for so off. I had to return a youth shirts that were too small because their super short long shelved t-shirts. I had two of them to return and they automatically charged me double on the return shipment. What a gimmick. Never buying from them again.

My 11 year old son bought a 30oz Pittsburgh Steelers Tumbler for his dad for Christmas using his own money. Within 4 months the black coating is peeling and the tumbler has rust on it. I called customer service and was told I am past the 90 day return window and they couldn't offer any refund. I will never purchase from this company again and would not recommend to anyone. This was a waste of $47.00.

I ordered 1 Raider sofa cover and 2 recliner covers on April 5th and paid $20 for 2-3 shipping. Order said sofer cover by April 12th recliner covers by April 19th. I haven't received a damn thing. Not even a tracking#. Order is still in pending mode but $ has been taken out of my account. Automated customer service is a damn joke. Phone customer service is worse.
