Then they offer "discounts" by way of an apology, trying to get you to spend more money when your original order is still missing in action. Go anywhere else.
Ordered a Cheifs backpack in July 2021. It lasted one month before it completely fell apart. It came unstitched at the bottom and the inside coating (plastic) peeled off almost instantly. Disappointed.

I bought a 4 items (panthers shirt, ravens hat, ravens towel, and eagles golf club heads) almost 3 months ago. The shirt was for a draft party i was attending which obviously did not arrive on time. The shirt, hat, and towel got lost in the mail, which it also shows on the tracking information. I kept trying to get through to online agents and was always told they were all busy. Finally i was able to get through to an online agent and they did not help me. Multiple months later still not having my products i called in, which took about 15 minutes to finally get through. Not getting these items ruined my draft party plans and now golf season is over so i cannot use the towel/hat which i had planning to. I have still have not gotten my money back. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy from this shop.

You guys purposely ship the lowest possible way and your packages then get lost. I am shocked the nfl or anyone would do business with such a terrible company. I've called 5 times today no one helped or care to help. They lost $350 worth of stuff and just basically told us we're out of luck AND now it's all out of stock! I would rather sow a jersey by hang then order anything from this pathetic company. Do better.
I purchased the - Women's Dallas Cowboys Fanatics Branded Heather Gray Personalized Icon Name & Number Long Sleeve T-Shirt -- DO NOT purchase. The quality of the material is cheap cheap cheap - like a $5 T-shirt you would buy in a back alley. I called and advised the material made us itch and wanted to return and also the sizing is not correct. AT ALL. I looked at the size chart and bought accordingly - I wear an XL - I ordered a 2XL and it was too tight and, as previously stated, the material was itchy. So because I put a players name on the back of the shirt, it's not returnable.
I just received the George Kittle jersey I had ordered for my Bf bday. He opened it and we noticed that the FRONT CENTER logo of the NFL is not centered, and its very noticeable. With the price of the jersey, it should be perfect!
Ordered a hat five days ago on 10/28. I get it, they ain't no Amazon. But the order is sitting in a receiving facility 50 miles from my home with a delivery date scheduled for November 10, eight days from now. I could walk there and back before I receive the hat.

I order a bears hat that came in with the logo sideways. My sweater has a bears logo that is wash out almost like if someone burn it with a iron. After trying to reach out I see that there is a return fee. Anyways stay away from this place and I sure will too bad that I was taken for $100 dollars. If you want to buy real gear just pay the full price instore I notice that Macys now sells NFL gear. I'm sure one day someone will have enough money to take this website/company down.

I have purchased several jerseys from nfl shop but this last Tucker jersey was the sorest. I order at the end of season 2021 and didn't wear it much and I hand wash and let line dry. The number 9 on back came completely off and the nine on front is pealing off. These jersey aren't cheap and they refuse to repair or replace might as well get a Walmart jersey and call it day. Won't buy anything else from them
I have been trying for two days now to try to contact through phone, chat and facebook regarding my order. It says delivered but it wasn't delivered. I know, I work from home and I did not receive it. When checking the tracking, they didn't even deliver it to my door, it says it was left in driveway in front of garage. THERE WAS NOTHING THERE. Why would they not deliver it to my door like everyone else instead of dumping it in a shared driveway in a townhome community. So now I have nothing and out money because I can't get a hold of anybody.

I order a tailgate gift boxes and for how much i paid for it is not worth the money. I do order based on what was in it cause the person will love cause they a big fan of the team. But they could put better stuff in it for almost 85 dollars. They could have done a hoodied that like 60 dollors which i see online and still have all the other stuff in the box. You could take the garden flag and put in a wool hat and still left the towel and the shirt and 4 covers for beer or pop. Little disappointed on the prodects. They could do so much better for they boxes and still make money. I will never buy from here again. I could buy alot more for 85 then what i got from the site.

I ordered a Minkah Fitzpatrick Jersey on the 19th of September with a delivery date on the 5th of October, it is currently the 18th and I have received nothing. I thought maybe it hasn't shipped yet, checked emails and it says it has shipped... I check the tracking and it says it is in transit in New York (has said this since the 23rd of September!). I thought this was a trustworthy site as it an official website, guess I lost my money, which is a damn shame as the jerseys are not cheap and I only work part-time and saved for a while for this jersey, awfully upset right now. If there is anyone who can help me in getting my jersey to me anytime soon it would be really helpful.

I always order on-line every year the Salute to Service collections come out. It seems that this year's is a bit more cheaper... loved the bold American flag on the side 2 year's ago... this year small & not bold. But always comfortable gear when ordered.

I placed an order from nflshop.ca about a month ago, the items still haven't shipped. I cannot get a hold of customer service through their chat. It constantly says the "fan advocates are busy assisting other fans" I received an email saying I could cancel my order, but when I look up how to cancel you need to talk to an assistant which seems impossible. I don't want to cancel, I just want to know why my items are taking so long. By the time I receive them NFL season will be over.
At first I had a bad experience with a agent and saw no real solution, so I called back a second time and got a lady named Morgan. She was fantastic, she solved my problem within two minutes and changed my view of NFLSHOP.COM. I now know they have excellent customer service. I only wish all companies had people like Ms. Morgan. People can make or break a company and she certainly is a huge asset and I have no doubt she makes NFLSHOP a better company. FANTASTIC is what Morgan is.
Never order from NFLShop. Unless getting your package 3 months later is ok with you. It's 2021 we can ship things around the world in a week or less but NFLShop might ship it in a week, then give it to the slowest vendor ever. It will touch 25 cities, sit in 2 for a week each time. A hot air balloon has travel around the world by wind in less time than it took my package to go from Florida to Chino(where it still sits, still not to Hawaii.) PLEASE ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!
