I ordered a shirt with our name on the back and a number, a beanie and a 30 x 60 beach towel. I was pretty surprised at the quality of the shirt and the beach towel For the price it's an absolute waste of money. The shirt and the towel are extremely thin and will not last long, I expected it to be much higher quality for the price. It is a gift and I'm a little bit embarrassed to actually give it to the person because it seems so cheap. The beanie is nice.
I bought my brother in law a custom made Raiders hoodie with his name on the back from the nflshop.com. I received it pretty fast. When I opened it, I was so disappointed in the quality. It was so cheaply made and had a horrible smell. The raiders logo was even blurry. I can't believe they sell merchandise like this.
Bought a new Bosa Jersey for the upcoming game. One would think 16 days would be sufficient time for the shipment, especially given we live in the world of next-day delivery. Here we are, heading to the game tomorrow with an old jersey instead. Will never buy from again!

I placed an order in October, it contained 3 shirts. Each shirt was shipped separately a couple weeks apart. That is 2 of the shirts, the 3rd shirt never came, I gave it time I knew there was shipping issues going on and since I couldn't tell where my item was coming from I was patient. But I kept checking the status and it never changed. So I started checking in, November they can't tell me anything. Again I'm still checking online. I really want this shirt! And it was on sale! Call again still get nothing can't tell me anything check back, I guess I should mention I'm calling NFL shop, so here we are December and I still don't have a shirt but, also no one has contacted me to say we are refunding your money! So I look online again still status hasn't changed, waiting for pick up, it has a tracking number as it has the whole time but doesn't show where it is located. So I call again, this lady tells me basically they have no idea where it is! What isn't that what a tracking number is for?! She tells me she is canceling the order and refunding my money, doesn't give me any options or offer anything in place and now they are out of the shirt I wanted. Thanks for nothing, she wasn't rude but definitely not concerned with my issue or wanting to help correct it and have a happy customer in the end.

They take forever to ship, and when the product comes damaged they don't refund shipping / handling. This is supposed to be the only place to get 100% NFL products. BS! The jacket that my husband has from the 90s is in better condition than this new jacket. Will NEVER BUY FROM NFL.COM AGAIN. WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS. THEY SUCK NOW!

I had ordered an xl hoodie and it fits more like a xxl. I have ordered the same salute the servixe hoodie for the last 3 years. Same size prior fits perfect. This years is way too big. I contacted customer service and due to me no longer having the tags that were attached to it they will not exchange the item. I have the order number, emailed receipt and the item and that is not sufficient. You would think that they would be about taking care of the customer. They are only about taking your money and leaving you with items that don't fit. Very very poor customer service!

You can waste hours ordering a jacket and going through the painting process only to find out in an email if you research it yourself that they've canceled the order they don't tell you they canceled the order it's up to you to find that out for yourself
I could have ordered my item for $40 cheaper and gotten free shipping and the jersey would arrive faster. NFL Shop charged me $10 extra for rush shipping and it will be later than free shipping from the other vendor. Unfortunately I found the other company after I placed my order.

I placed an order within a couple hours received an Email my billing information had to be verified. I called to verify only to find out they were going to do my order and the shoes I originally ordered was no longer available and 2 of the shirts were going to have to be charged at higher price because that price was no longer available... yes within just a matter of a couple hours was a big price change and unfortunately the only card I have to make purchases with doesn't not except reloads even if they'd honored the price I was originally supposed to get them at... I Ordered from this site before NO PROMBLE order came quickly... I used the same card and information and now they had questions... I'm disabled and not only was I not able to get the shoes for my son I've waited on for a very long time to come available but the price Gouging is unbelievable... may I add my order was approved and went through when I placed it from the Start gave me Expected delivery date and conformation the order was processed... it got canceled after that
I called a month later ( after paying $30 for 3day shipping) she tried to tell me it's been delivered & I could tell this is clearly a fake website she answered the phone saying hello at 7 am no NFL shop would behave like this nor would they not have proper info I never Blair my product they stole $80 from me

We received the shirts purchased from NFLSHOP.COM and shirts looked like someone wadded them up and stuffed them into an opened plastic bag. $120+ spent on 2 shirts and this is how you send them…?

Order a jersey with EXPEDITED 3DAY shipping on 11/15/2021. No jersey as of 11/20/2021. FedEx states was shipped using standard and NFL shop states expedited. When asked if they could call FedEx or their own warehouse to rectify the situation all I get is sorry were aren't able to make outbound calls. This is from a Supervisor. I wanted to clarify even to their own warehouse and he stated no outbound calls. And then states we will refund shipping. Ummm forget shipping the jersey was for the Cowboy v Chiefs games 11-21-2021.

The website clearly states "Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 90 days from your item's ship date", yet they refused to let me return an item after 40 days. An agent agreed to allow me to return for credit, then another agent refused. They are deceitful on their website and then back out of an agreement. I will avoid this company from now on

I ordered a Salute to Service hoodie on October 1st, anticipating that I would be able to show my team spirit and celebrate my own military service, as well as that of countless others, by Veterans Day. Wrong. I got an update saying it was delayed until a week after Veterans Day. Okay. These things happen. I checked the status again today, and now it's delayed until a week before Christmas. Will I get it before springtime when I won't need it? Who knows, because online agents are perpetually busy helping other customers and there is no phone number to talk to a real person. I get that these are difficult times for the supply chain, but if you can't deliver, don't offer me your product. I gave two stars, as previous orders have been pretty seamless. This is pretty disappointing, though.

When I spend $170 on an "Officially licensed game Jersey", I am expecting a real NFL field jersey with sewn on letters and numbers, but all I received was a garbage silk screen jersey that I know will fall apart after a few washes. Not only that, but the sizing is so bad. According to the website, based on my 47" chest, I ordered the XL size, but when I tried it on, it was incredibly tight in the shoulders to the point where I couldn't comfortably raise my arms without the entire shirt significantly lifting. Also, my chest and midsection is swimming in it. I could gain another 60 lbs and still have tons of room... anywhere but the shoulders. What a horrible purchase! I won't be ordering any other product from this site going further.

Thinking about spending $150 on a custom jersey? DON'T. They decided to ship this jersey in a cheap plastic $1 mailer. Amazon does better than this. Not a cardboard box or anything decent. Now I got a gross wet jersey. Then check out the custom name, it has imperfections. Black marks over white letters. Good luck trying to reach someone, once I did it was a chat but then it glitched. I want a refund. Thanks for ruining a gift I thought would have been great.
