I ordered a t shirt and the online order form said delivered on Jan 26-27. I also put the code in SIDELINE for free shipping.
When I clicked Order, the total added shipping costs and the delivery date was Feb. 8th!
I called the next business day(Mon) and the guy was super rude & told me I should just cancel order So I DID! Don't order from a company that makes megabucks off of cheap tshirts then lies about the facts!

Massive delay
February 21, 2022

I ordered a 49ers sweatshirt almost 2 months ago and it hasn't arrived yet. There is no way i can contact anyone that could help me and the "track my order" page says that my order will be here by dec 28th 2021. Guess what, is already 2022 and it is not here. Awful customer experience

No exchange policy for clothes that run small

(5'11", 165, male) Please beware. I got stuck with these guys because of a gift that was a size large (which I wear in everything) and this was extremely small, tight, and short. No problem right? Just exchange it for a different size. That doesn't exist. Your option is to return the item and get a gift card. If you got it on sale, you are out of luck, no exchanges. Now I'm stuck with a tiny hoodie that I will never wear and my only other option is to return it for a gift card and pay $25 more for the exact same hoodie in a different size. Makes zero sense. Go elsewhere, what an embarrassment.

Unfortunately I found out there is no returning even damaged unworn wear after the 90 days. I made the mistake of not looking at a $79.00 Jersey over well enough when it was received before I wrapped it as a Christmas Gift. The tags are attached and still in the original packing which shows it was not worn. I have a very disappointed young man who can not wear his Jersey due to red lettering bleeding onto the yellow shirt Jersey. I have reached out 3 times and only ask for a store credit to purchase another item as this one was out of stock. All 3 times I got "So sorry but we have a return policy and it is past that". I have ordered for many years during the holidays and I just expected the quality to be better and for NFL Shop to stand behind the products they sell. I would have hoped that they valued the customer more than the policy in this saturation as we are all struggling right now and this was not a cheap item to not be able to wear. They did offer me to send it back w/o credit and they would donate it.

Christmas Hoodie

I ordered a hoodie for Christmas. They used FEDEX and they got it here in my city on Dec 16th. They did not deliver it and in fact they sent it to USPS for delivery Jan. 1st. I won't buy from them again.

Poor Quality

I have purchased I believe 6 items there and of them 3 have been of poor quality. And for each the fabric used was like transparent. Like the material used for Halloween costumes you buy your kids. But the price sure didn't reflect the poor quality. That's what makes it very difficult to determine what you will get. Add to that how they try to stick it to you on shipping or there special offers that never seem to be usable and I would stay away from this place.

I ordered my wife an outfit through nflshop.com from her favorite team. I ordered it and paid extra for shipping to make assure it got here before Christmas. Christmas has come and gone, and it is still not here. I called customer service to find out about this, and their only response is "oh well, sorry". If they guarantee shipment before Christmas, they should honor it. Not take my money and say oh well. Very disappointed with the service from this company. I can see why they have a bad overall rating. I only wish I had seen this before I initially ordered it. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered an NFL jersey for my wife for Christmas paid extra shipping to make sure would have it by Christmas it arrived in Orlando Florida on the 20th which is about an hour and a half away from where I live on the 24th called the NFL shop and they said there was nothing they could do told them that I wanted to refund of the money I paid for extra shipping and they refunded me all my money back and now I'm not getting my merchandise do not do business with this company they used E H L & D H L sucks

Watch fine print - every where on site you have 90 days to return. But on the policy page in one sentence "manufacturers direct " you only get 30 days. You really have to search for this information and with people buying early for Christmas and buying early due to covid shipping delays - the company should extend this. Poor customer service. Never use this site again. Want them to call me or write me and apologize and let me return.

Shipping is a joke

I ordered sweatshirts for my husband and son on Dec 8th and paid for express shipping so they would be here by Christmas. Here it is Christmas Eve and now tracking says Jan 3. The shipping company changed to USPS so now it starts all over again. Why offer before Christmas shipping and only offer express if you can't hold up to that! I would of gotten them by now even with normal shipping. Change who the shipping company is!

I ordered a "Tennessee Titans Fanatics Branded Women's Stacked Stripes Pullover Hoodie - Navy" for my mother last year around this time. It was too small so I returned it. I received an on-line eGift Card number and PIN as the refund. I have tried for almost a year to redeem it, to no avail. I can't even get in touch with anyone to help. Terrible svc

I have had a rough time getting my products this year. To begin with 1 item has been lost completely and on mon I was told they would resend but it will be here in Jan and the other order has been sitting on a FedEx truck for 5 days. The lost product has still not been resent and yes these were Christmas presents. I was on phone with nfl shop worker sat and the attitude that was given to me was unacceptable period. I now have to explain to my family their gifts will be here nxt year and that's just crazy to me. No one from the shop has reached out to me to make any of this right. I have spent alot of money with this company and would appreciate some acknowledgement to their mess up but nope nothing.

Wrong order

So this is a NFL SHOP, WELL I ordered for the 1st time, and boy I was taking for a spin. I order a men Pittsburgh Tshirt and pants and a Men Pittsburgh personalized t shirt. I got a RED t shirt with RAYMOND on the back. I right away started a chat with Luis, that kept apologizing for the wrong order. I ask to speak to a manager and got another apology and assuring me that my order will get here by Thursday 12/23. I finally got fed up and ask for a full REFUND. OH BY THE TSHIRT I REC WAS AWFUL, NOT A GOOD MATIERAL NOR THE INPRINT ON THE BACK. NEVER AGAIN

Lost my order, no tracking number given
January 20, 2022

Christmas is a big holiday- I ordered $150 gift card to be mailed. Nfl sent this via ups with no insurance, no tracking number, no way to locate it. 21 days later with holiday approaching I have no gift and no way to remedy this issue. I did receive a refund that will arrive after Christmas, so now I'm out a gift and funds to buy said gift simply because the nfl shop couldn't bother to attach tracking to a gift over 100$. I will no longer be doing business with this company when I have been a loyal customer for years. This shipping issue shows complete lack of organization and left me hanging for weeks with no ability to track my order and no ability to address the issue in a way to have a satisfactory resolution

Order Canceled Without Notification
January 19, 2022

Sister and I place an order for our dad for the holidays. Received confirmation email. Enough time passes to realize order should've shipped, so I log in to check the order status. Order is canceled. Received no email about the cancelation of the order, so we had just been sitting waiting for a gift that was never going to arrive. A belated google search indicates we've far from the first this has happened to. How does a business operate like this? Would not use the NFL shop again.

Beware!

So I purchased a gift for my nephew and everything started out fine. Got shipped in a timely manner and got my email update. From there it got not so good. I was told my item would be delivered by yesterday end of day. That never happened and when I went to check the status this morning it's still not on it's way to me. Being held up in Vegas due to them missing the truck according to OnTrac. This is the part that really pisses me off. NFL shop made me pay almost 17 bucks for expedited shipping. I mentioned this to OnTrac and the lady said that they don't offer any kind of expedited shipping or anything of that nature and that i should have not been charged for it to contact the shipper. Upon doing so the rep told me that they will only refund me shipping if I don't receive my order by Monday. How can they charge someone for a service that isn't even provided!?!?

Worst company ever.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had such an upsetting order issue with this company literally 9 days away from Christmas. They sent me the wrong items and then told me the items that I did order are out of stock?! Why would they send me random items?! Now they are making me send back the random items and then I'll get my refund? This is there fault that I don't get my ordered items. Worst experience ever with this company. Never ordering from here again!

Do not order from here!

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this website. They are very deceiving with their shipping times. They indicate it's 3-7 business days and then after you have paid for your order they give you a completely different deliver date. Now I'm getting my order after Christmas. I chatted with the live chat and mid conversation they left and I was unable to write any further messages. Horrible customer service!

3 weeks of Headaches around the Holidays

I'll start by saying my entire family are football fans, and we own plenty of gear, but this is the first time I tried purchasing online (usually we would get items through retail). It was a mistake to give this a try, they are not Amazon in ability or service.

The story starts with me seeing great deal on Black Friday for a nice bag and salute to service hat, which I decided would make good holiday gifts for my sister and father respectively. Unfortunately, they shipped the items to somewhere other than my house, as I have camera evidence to show no package arrived on the day it supposedly was delivered. After many calls to both the nfl shop and fedex, who both blame each other, I was finally told by an nfl shop representative that they would do their best to make it right. Unfortunately, due to the bag now being sold out, their best was to say sorry an issue a refund, that's it. One agent told me that they would assist in finding a replacement item seeing as these were holiday gifts, and would try to price match something comparable (which I found), but unfortunately the next agent would not honor that and simply said she can only replace the item with the exact item (which is now sold out). You cannot wrap refunds and put them under a Christmas tree, less agents forget. And then on top of that, the discount price from Black Friday has come and gone, so with the refund they do issue, I would now have to buy the item at full price. It's just sad business practice to be honest. When it's the holidays you should go above and beyond for your customers, because they will remember those salient moments, unfortunately all I got were 3 weeks of headaches, phone calls, and absolutely nothing in return. Will not be ordering again through this vendor, and will advise others to steer clear as well.
