Ordered a hat five days ago on 10/28. I get it, they ain't no Amazon. But the order is sitting in a receiving facility 50 miles from my home with a delivery date scheduled for November 10, eight days from now. I could walk there and back before I receive the hat.
Why would the NFL Shop use a service like this? They overcharge as it is with a "handling fee" that makes no sense.
Don't these people understand that time from order to time in hand is everything these days.
I will never order anything from them again. With this level of incompetence I can only hope my hat, if I ever get it, is the real deal.
