I wish I had read these reviews here before I placed an order. I waited 3 weeks for an order that never got past the label created stage. I wasn't contacted in any way and was offered a whopping 30% off which is totally unacceptable. I can't even reorder the item I wanted because it is now out of stock. I could have ordered this from several other sites. The arrival date of the item was almost 3 weeks which I waited and I never got anything. And it's also funny how you get a refund but it takes two to seven days to go back on your card but it takes less than two to seven seconds to go on your card. So at this moment I don't have what I ordered and I don't even have my money. But I am out 3 weeks plus the hour I just spent trying to get a hold of customer service. Chatting with a stupid robot who is of no help whatsoever finally getting customer service only to be completely dissatisfied. Never ever ever again!

Scammed

Other websites show the arrival date before the order and that's why I was willing to buy. Now you have my money and I have to wait until the 29th just so I can return it? I only bought it because of that date. I don't need it anymore and there's no way to cancel it. My chat assistant said That the order tells you it doesn't ship until later. But I when went and checked it myself and it doesn't. I made a new order to fact check and that never appeared. And if it doesn't appear until I confirm my order(it doesn't), what's the damn point of knowing the arrival date AFTER you already took my money. Literally got ripped for my money and was lied to by the customer service. And they wont even let me cancel.

I ordered two jackets from them in early November 2020 to give as a Christmas gift to my wife. Total order was over $200. After giving the gift the size was too small. I called customer service and they said the items could not be returned or exchanged for a larger size since the return was outside their 30 day return windows for manufacturer direct items. Unbeknownst to me I had no idea that my items were manufacturers direct item. I gave the jackets to Salvation Army and vow to never order anything from them again. Their customer service is THE WORST and they should put in BOLD PRINT which items are manufacturers direct.

Bad business

I have recently order some items that I had to return due to product issues. One issue that is absurd are the Brady hats I purchased. I spoke to someone in the chat and these started the pictures are the same and there might be a slight difference. If you look at the pictures below the lettering and the goat are black on the website. The black matches the black outline on the number 12. The hats I received do not match the color. I don't know what the support agent and her supervisor were looking at. I was clearly disregarded and they wanted to give me 25% of code. They give me 25% off via email frequently. This is a huge slap in the face.

Ripped off

I purchased a philadelphia eagles "sterling silver" helmet pendent in December. I noticed while wearing it the pendent was getting tarnished. I purchased a jewelry cleaner n tried to make it shiny again. I did not wear it anymore n placed it in the jewelry box. The pendant was still getting tarnished just sitting in the box. I took the pendant to a local silversmith and he told me the pendant was not sterling silver but actually nickel silver. That was why it was getting tarnished. Why do they advertise sterling silver when its not? I called customer service about the problem and they told me it was too late to get a refund or exchange. I just want my $#*!ing money back or a pendant that is real sterling silver. The manufacter of the pendant is logoart.com/jewelry

I bought a Dolphins shirt almost 3 months ago. The shirt got lost in the mail, which it also shows on the tracking information. I've spoken to the online agents SIX times the last couple of months and they keep telling me one lie after another. They've said numerous times that I will get my money back and they will contact me by mail. Never heard anything from them and I still have not gotten my money back. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy from this shop. Worst service that I've ever experienced!

Do not waste. Your time, effort and money!

I ordered my desired merchandise. Moments later I was sent an email stating that the merchandise would be delivered after the Super Bowl game. Denote the shipping date on photo. I phoned as well as emailed to stop shipment of the requested merchandise. I contacted my bank to reverse the charges for the transaction. My bank reversed the charges.
After the Super Bowl game I received some merchandise, " that was not remotely like my requested merchandise. I then contacted nflshop.com, I instructed to print a return label, then take merchandise to Fedex or they will recharge my card.

If I could I'd give a negative rating! Ordered a custom swearshirt in November for Christms. Promise delivery date was 10 December. Date was pushed back multiple times. I never received any updates even though they could send me an email when the immediately took my payment. Eventually they canceled my order, yet again with no notice. I spoke with customer service and asked if they had a problem with selling items that are out of stock. They responded it was not out of stock, and that they oversold the item. That shows all the intelligence they have right there! Trash company!

Poor fit and NO customer service

Purchased a Buffalo Bills Hoodie on NFLshop.ca. Before purchasing I looked up returns to make sure it would be easy to return if it did not fit. The item I ordered was too small when I received it. When I went on their website to do up a return slip I found out I could not return it because it had the teams quarterback's name and number on the back. I understand if I personalized it and had my name on the back but I think it is silly that they won't accept returns that have team players name on it. I have tried to contact them by phone but found out that's impossible... terrible customer service. I feel like I have been robbed. I will never shop here again.

Waste of time.

Bought a shirt for the super bowl 2 WEEKS AGO and it's tomorrow. DIDN'T GET MY SHIRT. I ordered the shirt FOR THE GAME! They wanted my ordered canceled and they wanted me to send it back. IM NOT DOING THAT. For my trouble and their mistakes, they gave me a 25% off coupon for my NEXT ORDER. IF I EVEN ORDER AGAIN.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order the day after Kansas city won the AFC Championship game. The order was supposed to ship out on 2/4/2021 so I could receive it on 2/5/2021 in time for the Superbowl on Sunday. I called the NFL Shop and my order was still being processed after 2 weeks of ordering and never shipped out. I even had the NFL shop say would overnight my item. Terrible customer service. WE as fans pay top dollar for a jersey so that we can wear it for the big game. I could've ordered a plain jersey had it shipped to me bought the superbowl patch and sewn it on myself in less than 2 weeks, which is what I'll do from now. Complete and total bull... on nflshop.com. I will never order anything from them again. If I could give them a ZERO star rating I would.

I ordered a jersey and paid extra for the shipping. I've tried several times to get through by their chat, calling and emailing. I cannot get a hold of anyone. I spent well over $100 and several hours trying to get an answer. I would like to just have the item resent but after reading some of these reviews it's probably best if I just dispute the charges. If I ever order nfl gear again, it certainly won't be from this company. For how much you charge, you should be ashamed that this is how you treat your customers. If you do buy, hopefully you'll have a better experience. Buyer beware.

Shipping Time Lies

Shipping on the web site when you order says 3 to 5 days, but as soon as you order, that turns into 2 weeks. Then it actual takes 3 weeks to arrive. Contacting NFL Shop and you get more lies and excuses, no help. NFL Shop uses the cheapest delivery method they can find and then lies about when package gets shipped. Fedex didn't receive package until 4 days after NFL Shop said they shipped it.

Shipping is far from competitive

Another Brady Jersey fumble. Purchased my SB Brady jersey on January 24th. Expected date of delivery is Feb 15th I just find out today. This is extremely slow shipping and ill make sure everyone I ever talk to is aware of it. Wish I would have known so I could have canceled right away and bought somewhere else. Since when is 3 weeks shipping within the US ever even close to staying competitive? If you respond to this, the only way I'll shut up about it is if you overnight me a jersey and I'll send this one back on Feb 15th when it finally arrives... we all know you won't pay out though to save your reputation will you? Challenge is on the table... I challenge you to stand by your brand!

Very Disappointed

I ordered a Tom Brady Super Bowl Jersey for my Father who is Legally Blind. On January 23,2021, it told me 7-10 Business days which means he would have it to watch/listen to his Bucs, they now say it won't deliver it until February 19th. I wish they would of told me that I would have ordered from elsewhere. I will never order again from NFL.ca if you can't deliver in a timely fashion as you advertise than don't advertise it, don't mislead customer.
Update: look at your advertising as of today the NFL Shop is advertising Gear up For The Big Game, knowing full well they can't deliver for the Big Game, they sent out this email this morning. False Advertising, See Photo
