We had some phone programming issues at our medical clinic, and after some miscommunication and a few bumpy dialogs; Nexogy still hung in there and made things right. They finally got the requested programming properly implemented, hurray!
Be aware if you send an e-mail to *******@nexogy.com they will not receive the e-mail unless you sign up to this zendesk support portal. Once you get over this mild but somewhat mild but unexpected hurdle their response through e-mail is typically proactive, and very quick.
I also had an issue with a bad Cisco 7940 handset (DOA) and Leo at sales was very proactive and sent me an RMA shipping sticker (PDF format) through e-mail within the very same day of our conversation. I was also shocked when we received a new replacement within two days of my conversation with Leo. As soon as I called Nexogy back, to reconfigure the new unit; Erick handled the reprogramming of the Cisco 7940 in a matter of 10 minutes on the phone with him while walking me through a few steps. Now that was a quick config! Thanks Erick.
Erick, also thank you for having hung in there even after I was not so nice while trying to express my frustration to you. Through it all, you hung in there and came through for us with flying colors. Thanks for pulling through, thanks for your persistence and and thanks for turning my dissatisfaction into extreme satisfaction:-).
Only reason why I've put 4 stars to Service and Quality is that this is VOIP technology and sometimes it is difficult to know whether dropped calls and chopped voice is caused by our broadband provider, a cell phone user at the other end or whether it could be potentially issues at Nexogy's end. Value for this service is definitely 5 stars.
I want to give a special thanks to Lexi and Vanessa. They have helped me with all my requests in a professional and quick matter for this I am very grateful. They have a 10-star in customer service, they are very attentive and very nice. Thanks to them I can say I've had an excellent experience with Nexogy and my company is very happy to keep working with you.

Other than the issues we had to face with the phone system, Lexi was nothing but helpful throughout all of the troubleshooting. Helping me for hours at a time, through several lunch breaks and also before/after hours. She used her personal cell phone on numerous occasions to call me on her way to/from work to touch base w/ me on the phone status. She worked with me until after 10:30pm last week to finally get phones back on. She went above and beyond and saved me from changing companies at end of lease for sure! If it wasn't for her, Nexogy would have for sure lost a client.

Had a brief issue with my new Partner Portal and got it handled immediately! This guys are good! Response was timely as were the updates on the ticket throughout the process.
Almost a year with the service and support has been always timely. I get responses in less than 24 hours and as soon as 45 minutes for some requests that I post to the support page. My calls are clear on solid connections as they should be, and the bandwidth needed for the calls is less than 1Mbps from my experience using 4 phones in a remote office with a speed of 1.5 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up. It's a good service to have locally.
