This was the worst experience by far... rude customer service you get charge spikes out of nowhere and the new company machines that they bright are so bad the phone calls don't go through... I believe they are probably not doing very well... avoid

This company is terrible. Can never get help right away. We've been trying to add service for months and still can't get it installed. There is nobody "responsible" for anyone's account so you are starting over EVERY time you call. They clearly don't have access to each other's notes, or they don't look/care. Their solution, unplug and plug back in. NEVER works. Does anyone have any recommendations for better companies?

Jay assisted us with training and setting up our new voice mails. Our phone system is very intricate and although easy after Jay's instructions, we felt more confident in handling it. Jay, thank you so much for your patience and wonderful training!

Love that you can email technical support and they respond quickly. Generally, the few issues we have had over the years we have had service through Nexogy, they resolve the problem within 1-2 hours. We have had Nexogy going on 10 years; one of the reasons we've stayed with them has been their super responsive and very friendly technical and customer support staff -- on top of the great rates we get from them!

I am really impressed with Nexogys support team. Theyre always quick to respond if i have any questions or problems. Brandon is always patient, knowledgeable and walks me through any issue I need fixed. My phone lines are working great and Im very satisfied

Very good job after Hurricane Irma. My antenna was lost during the hurricane and Nexogy guys were able to restore the service in 48hours, so yesterday Sept. 15th My company already had full internet and phone services

CALLED customer service spoke a gentleman bye the name of Brandon Reyes and with a lot of knowledge my concerns were addressed swiftly. I highly recommend the services of this company. Professionalism and knowledgeable employees like this are what make a company strive and succeed.

I've only used Nexogy twice and was not sure how to schedule or set up a "call in" line. Jay Gonzalez assisted me in the scheduling of a telephone conference and he was honestly amazing, friendly, patient and scheduled the telephone conference in less than five minutes. I am very satisfied with the service provided by both Jay and Nexogy. Will definitely be using them more often.

I have been a customer for over 4 years with nexogy. My office is using their hosted pbx service in ft lauderdale and two international locations and i have to say this is one of the most serious and responsible companies i've worked with. We have around 79 ip phones and of course we've had trouble one day or two, but their support and response time must be the envy of a much bigger at&t or verizon.

We could not be happier with nexogy. The quality of voice is great as well as the training for the system which was easier than expected. Customer service is above average. The auto attendant was a bit tough to setup myself but their support helped make the process easy!

Had a problem with one of our lines. Vanessa took my call, pleasantly, and offered a temporary work-around for immediate relief. Then went to task, handled the problem within a few minutes, followed up, confirmed all working as should. One step ahead of me the whole time, and ready, willing, and eager to help and PLEASE. Vanessa is the true definition of a professional. She is always so efficient and goes above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. She has helped me with a few issues with our account and I can honestly say she is my go to person at nexogy.
