Let me say that the reliability will keep me as a customer, they are reasonably priced and the ease of use is what we were looking for.
They may have overseas customer service, but who does not? Polite folks who speak above average english... no brainer... I have to rave a little about the set up - the tech who set us up was a wiz and very patient with our office staff... kudos nexogy..
Since becoming a client I have only had to call in a few times but Erick and Jay are always very helpful and have always found a way to help me quickly and efficiently. They make things very simple to understand for a novice like myself and Iappreciate their effort in insuring that our phone system runs smoothly. The whole support team is great- always putting forth an A+ effort!
Javier Mendo has shown excellent attention to detail when providing support and he has been instrumental into getting some of our more complicated projects off the ground. I’m very pleased with his service and expect to continue working with him as he has been nothing but top notch. He is an excellent resource for your company.
We’ve been with nexogy for quite some time now. The quality of the service is real good and we are very happy they now offer support here in the USA. Pricing lowered and we were immediately on the new plan, saving evermore month after month. My only recommendation to potential and/or existing customers is to have good quality bandwidth for all your internet needs including VoIP. We have WiMax service from nexogy but also a dedicated Switched Ethernet from AT&T that also nexogy offered us. Keep up the good work!
I am very impressed with the level of service that Nexogy has to offer. Recently, I have had the opportunity to work closely with Jay Gonzalez on an number of matters. He is able to exceed expectations every time.
This was the worst experience by far... rude customer service you get charge spikes out of nowhere and the new company machines that they bright are so bad the phone calls don't go through... I believe they are probably not doing very well... avoid
This company is terrible. Can never get help right away. We've been trying to add service for months and still can't get it installed. There is nobody "responsible" for anyone's account so you are starting over EVERY time you call. They clearly don't have access to each other's notes, or they don't look/care. Their solution, unplug and plug back in. NEVER works. Does anyone have any recommendations for better companies?
Again our phones went down on 9/25/2018 twice about a half hour each time and serious sound degradation through the day with occasional call drops, unable to reach support and 4 hours later someone calling to see if they can help us, A total disconnect for customers concerns.

For almost a year now their billing system has gotten awful and worse. It is either wrong every single month or I never get a bill at all. Also, when I call customer service for any reason, 1) I can't understand them due to call center in South America and the language barrier (they promised was going to be better), 2) I am on a call trying to fix an issue for 30 minutes or more and one time over an hour, 3) They don't understand me or what I want and they think it's fixed and whatever issues I had worsens and something else goes wrong. Sometimes I come in to the office and things were working fine one month, and then the other month, inexplicably, nothing works they way it should have from initial setup. The setup is horrendous and all-in-all just terrible customer service across the board. Don't even come close if your life depended on it.
ONE OF THE WORST VOIP PHONE SERVICES OUT THERE, AVOID!
At first (like 10 years ago) they were good, responsive, and fair. But their service has steadily declined over the years, and it has gotten to a place that is abysmal, to put it mildly.
Customer service is non-existent and when they do pick up the phone it's all attitude and no willingness to help at all. It's like they are doing you a favor.
Got charged $4/minute for some international calls!

Nexogy has ridiculously poor customer service. They have been duplicating charges on our account for almost 12 months and they have not given us a credit. I've been contacting them for 45 days via email and phone asking for our credit with no progress whatsoever. However, they are competent enough to charge cancellation fees.
They are liars! Their system is crap and it does not work at all. Plus they will lock you on a contract for 3 years and the worst is that their customer service is not even in the United States. So the Accent is really bad I couldn't understand and they did not understand me either. Avoid a lot of trouble and don't get this company. I went through this and I don't want anybody else to have my same experience. Good luck finding what you're looking for.

I called in regards to a hold button that was not working at times. I spoke with Vanessa originally who was very nice and she thought that we may need to purchase a new phone, after speaking with my manager I called back to find out the cost of a new phone and Jay was the one that received my call. Jay was excellent and suggested we try something before we went forward with a purchase - Jay saved the day! He gave me directions on how to put a call on hold without the call button and it worked perfectly when he called so I could try it out. Jay was extremely polite and helpful - he made my day and my managers day when we didn't have to purchase a new phone at this time. Thank you so much Jay!
Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with receiving my commission payments on a timely basis, which quietly frankly deters me from referring new clients that I can easily do.
However after with Maria she has done an excellent job in calling back timely, following through on the issues thus making me want to work with you because of HER! As a previous hospital CEO this is the kind of person you want on your team.
We have had Nexogy in our office for our phone system and services for the last two years and change. We are a law office here in Florida and my staff and I enjoy all of the features and capabilities. We had another carrier that we were using, a big one, and we saved thousands of $$$$ per year, and that was more than well worth it plus we got more features too. I have read some of the complaints on this site and I can tell you all that we have not experienced any of the issues that have been presented here. We like their services very much and would recommend them to others that are very much interested in saving money and getting more features than some of the larger carriers.
We were in need of some assistance that resulted in exchanges both by phone and email, i. E. more than the 'standard' phone call resolution. Our call was handled by Vanessa, and as usual she was exceptional! She's always pleasant, courteous, patient, makes the extra effort and gets the job done... great job Vanessa! It's always comforting to hear Vanessa on the other end of the call. Keep up the great work!
We have had the services with Nexogy for a couple of years right now. We can tell you that any issues that we have had were always resolved. We have an excellent Rep in town and he has always answered our questions. We have referred some other business relationships to Nexogy and they love it. We understand that not everything is perfect, and at times it has not been, but we are always kept happy. We will always refer my business contacts to Nexogy because I know their services are full of great features and it wont break the bank either. We can tell you that there have not been any outages or issues in over 18 months or so. We are happy. Thank you Nexogy.

It is not easy, everyone knows the telephone company is the bad guy but there are so many variables that fall out of our hands that sometimes it is even really frustrating to myself. However, you clearly state nobody is perfect and while that is my goal, we will keep improving in those areas we know are the most hard to work on.
