We are a new Client with Nexogy. From the initial sales contact to our provisioning and to going live the service for Nexogy has been Outstanding. When we have had an issue with the system, their tech support has been on it asap.
Vanessa Echevarria really helped us out as we were in a bind. We had been trying since early in the afternoon to forward calls from our Tampa location to our Miami location. She stepped in and took control of the situation and got it done. I commend her highly for her effort and skill.
I found the experience yesterday while on a call with Vanessa to be Awesome. It was very refreshing that I was treating with such great customer service. Vanessa processed my request and keep me in the loop during the whole process. Vanessa also remained on the phone with me until I was completely satisfied with changes I requested.
Vanessa has been a true pleasure to work with. She was my first contact when I needed to add an additional line. She told me about the new platform and sent me info. She worked with me to get new advance pbx line and her follow up was awesome.

I've been using this service for a couple of years, at the beginning it was kind of complicate to explain all my coworkers the many options that this virtual PBX provide, but thanks to their patience and one of a kind customer service, they help us understand how to improve communications with our customers.
The VOIP product this company offers has been a pleasant surprise. I initially made the switch to save money, but this product is far better than any VOIP we have ever had. The customer service has been very helpful and the call center software is fantastic! Very happy we made the switch. Highly recommended.

My Nexogy phone system works almost without fail, and if there is any interruption, there is a notification and prompt resolution. The pricing seems fair enough. But since installation some years ago, my business has changed, my needs have changed, and no doubt technology has changed, and I have no idea if I have an Account Representative or who I am able to call to discuss my account. All of the communication from Nexogy is very automated and in one direction. I would love it if a live human with good English was able to come and spend a morning at my office to see what I have and what I might need and to assist with my phone system.
Of all VOIP tested i am more than content with the service and particularly outstanding customer service. Embedded features will continue to give the tech savvy more choices of what to explore.
Went with Nexogy phones for new office. They assigned us a number which we published (signage, web site, business cards, mailers to hundreds of customers, etc) only to learn it was a long-distance number to our local clients. Nexogy refused responsibility. Cost us over $2000 to find new company, get new number, and correct everything. Told them to cancel our service. They continued to send us bills. Tried many times to reach them for help and resolution. Left voice mails and emails telling them we want our service cancelled and we will not pay any bills. We asked for reimbursement for our costs. We were promised calls back that didn't happen. Finally reached George Melendez, "Director of Customer Satisfaction" who sounds like way too nice of guy to work for a company like this. Told him we don't want to submit online reviews, contact BBB, or any of that. We simply need reimbursed for our costs due to their mistake and we will return phones and move on. He actually admitted that this was their mistake and stated he wanted to help but claimed his hands were tied. I told him he sounds like a good guy who needs to find a different place to work. He referred me to a Juan Canto, supposedly the CFO. Called and got a voice mail for "Spectrum Brands," but no Juan Canto. Shortly after that, we were sent to collections for not paying bills. If you value your business and your sanity, don't go with this company. The sales guy that sold us the phone service even severed his ties with Nexogy over this deal.
When ever I call the office i can always count on awesome customer service from marlene and vanessa. They are always super helpful and and easy to talk to. They go out of their way to make me feel VIP when ever i call with the simplest of questions and are quick to get my problems solved.
It had been 2 years since I first recorded the outgoing greeting on our phones. Just recently, our firm name changed and I had to record a new greeting but had forgotten how to do so. I was trying to figure out which router to purchase to replace my cable modem from Comcast that would work well with Nexogy. Erick Nunez provided me excellent communication with helping me narrow it down on what to purchase.
Nexogy is the best communications service company. We greatly appreciate all the support given by Vanessa Echeverria, who always answers our calls and emails, she is very efecient and hope to continue the usual business relationships.
Almost a year with the service and support has been always timely. I get responses in less than 24 hours and as soon as 45 minutes for some requests that I post to the support page. My calls are clear on solid connections as they should be, and the bandwidth needed for the calls is less than 1Mbps from my experience using 4 phones in a remote office with a speed of 1.5 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up. It's a good service to have locally.
The system was dropping calls and it was sometimes hard to hear each party. I called and spoke w/Eric Nunez and explained the situation. He was extremely pleasant and asked me to email him some of the phone numbers and times of the calls so they could open a ticket. The system seems to be working much better and I was impressed that Eric sent me a personal follow-up email.
I have been with this company for a year nd a half and always i speak with brandon. He is very professional and always give me a solution for my trouble. I want to thank his service.
The team as a whole have been great to work with. I had some frustration with one team member that was not prepared at the time we had scheduled a call. Other than that, everyone has been great to work with. We look forward to our relationship
