We just wanted to thank Lexi for her help and attention with helping us resolve a problem with our company phones. We had problems in the past but this time it all went very smoothly thanks to her dedication and attention to our request.
I called and spoke to support Rep. Lexi who advised me what to do to resolve my phone from ringing random calls at all sort of hours. She called it "bot calls" and advised me to reboot the system and step-by-step on how to reboot the phone. Afterwards I had no more random calls and its back to normal for the past few days... Nexogy is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. If anyone is looking for a new phone provider - RUN AWAY from nexogy. I don't know how those other reviews can even say 1 thing good about this company. They don't speak english, everyday I have a new problem and I am not kidding when I say EVERYDAY!
Everyday there are dropped calls, calls not being completed, phone numbers not working, can't transfer calls, auto attendants don't work or their entire system goes down. I have emails to prove the problems I have had and we have been with this company for about a year and I have over 1000 emails sent to Nexogy informing them of problems we are having.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE. No one speaks English and if they speak Spanish they can't even hold a conversation with you because none of the employees knows anything. They are always trying to confirm something and just provide terrible customer service. The phone adapter broke and I have been unable to get a new one. I don't understand how they are still in business.

Today I received a new Cisco IP phone and I called Nexogy to program it. First I was helped by Lexy and later by Jay Gonzalez. Both were very knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through the programming and resolving all my issues.
We had initial problems with Nexogy when we converted from analog to VOiP... they worked hard to resolve the problems. There were some frustrating issues that took longer than I thought they should have taken to fix - BUT, when you do a price comparison - no other provider comes anywhere close to Nexogy's monthly rate. And, switching to VOiP from AT&T analog saved us nearly $200 a month. After several months with Nexogy, the initial problems were resolved and now almost 3 years later, we couldn't be happier with Nexogy and our monthly savings!

Other than the issues we had to face with the phone system, Lexi was nothing but helpful throughout all of the troubleshooting. Helping me for hours at a time, through several lunch breaks and also before/after hours. She used her personal cell phone on numerous occasions to call me on her way to/from work to touch base w/ me on the phone status. She worked with me until after 10:30pm last week to finally get phones back on. She went above and beyond and saved me from changing companies at end of lease for sure! If it wasn't for her, Nexogy would have for sure lost a client.
We've been with Nexogy since 2008. The service and call quality are outstanding on every level, including technical support. We rarely have issues with the service but when we do, the technical support is always quick to troubleshoot and correct the issue.

After making the switch to Nexogy, we had a ton of trouble with one of the new fax ATA devices. After going back and forth with technicians for over two weeks, Jay was able to resolve the issue in about ten minutes over the phone and now we can send AND receive faxes with our ATA connected machine. Great customer service!

Since we have opened this account with Nexogy they have been there step by step to help me with any issues through the portal thanks to Victor, Carlin or marlene and for technical support Lexi, Erick and Jay have given me some of the fastest and most helpful technical support for any of my issues or questions. This company has excellent customer support and i highly recommend using their services.
Today, our phones and internet service were "down". After spending most of the day trying to determine the issue, we were told that our services were shut off due to "non-payment". Since we are setup for automatic payment, I immediately called out credit card company to see what the issue was... and there was no issue. My credit card company sat on hold with NEXOGY for 25+ minutes to speak with them. I hung up and got in line as well, and after an incredibly long time, I spoke with Brandon who reiterated that we had not paid our bill, and our credit card had been declined. I asked for the message they received when declined so I could go back to my credit card company. After being placed on hold again, I was told that NEXOGY had an "Error in Authentication" on NEXOGY's system, and that there was no problem on our end. They simply said they were sorry, and we had to re-enter our credit card into their system because all cards that were in their system over one year had the same problem. Nobody at NEXOGY really cared that our systems were down literally all day, but they had no problems just shutting us off without warning, and pointing their fingers at us repeatedly until they discovered the problem was on their end. We are forced to go back to Comcast/X-Finity (Never thought I would say that) as soon as we possibly can. If you are thinking about switching to NEXOGY, think twice. I would like to think that not all NEXOGY experience the problems we have (and there have been several other issues), but I can only share our experience.

With AT&T, Comcast and others and Vanessa Echavarria is my favorite, because her customer service is really 100 points, she is really professional, nice and returns your calls fast and she is always ready to help you and solve the issue and you do not find a customer service like the one she provides, thank you Vanessa... all companies should have a person like her
