THEY ARE HORRIBLE. No one speaks English and if they speak Spanish they can't even hold a conversation with you because none of the employees knows anything. They are always trying to confirm something and just provide terrible customer service. The phone adapter broke and I have been unable to get a new one. I don't understand how they are still in business.
