Received my card, finally! There was a delay with delivery but this product was worth the wait. Thanks, newegg. It's already my 5th order from them.
Company scammed my wife out of 650$ of computer parts and components. She ordered 9 items, recieved 1. Box un opened, after contacting new egg, they blew it off for 2 months until we disputed the charge on our credit card. Avoid at all costs. Read reviews. They do this to hundreds and hundreds of people. It's not unheard of, please avoid doung business with them as you'll be left stolen from.

This is a great place to get your technology from. You need to watch it as they'll slip in some old technology into built products. Returns are easy and generally not questioned unless you do something stupid like break it. Prices are average and decent. Products ships quickly. Would recommend with a bit of caution.
It's a good site. It is useful if you need to make a few orders, usually the stuff are delivered quickly and without delay. But as for me prices are a little overpriced, so all the time I wouldn't order here. The site is quite easy to navigate.
I have been purchasing business computer equipment from Newegg.com for a number of years and they have never disappointed. Shipping is fast and I often get my product shipped same day as order is submitted. Their pricing is very competitive. Have not had to return anything to them. Sometimes a bit difficult to get customer service on the phone but they are available via email and they do respond quickly.

I am an IT guy, I do IT support for a firm as well as it's clients and staff.
I have been buying from Newegg since the beginning, 20 years now and Newegg is lost.
It's business model is buy online ship to buyer. Well with Newegg using bottom tier shippers like Laser ship now, the quality and reliability has been lost. Newegg's customer service used to be top notch now it seems like they hire the handicapped.
I recently purchased 10 monitors from Newegg, 2 got damaged 3 didn't show up and laser ship put a bogus signature attached to all shipments even ones that Laser ship showed had not been delivered yet and were in transit.
They tired to deliver to a buisness on a Saturday June 26th. We were close like many others that weekend. I contacted newegg immediately and they put shipping claims in.
Over the next 3 weeks an email chain of stupidity unfolded with 4 or 5 people fumbling the claims and repeatedly asking me for the same information over and over again.
Monitors finally started to show up 2 at a time 3 times meaning I received 6 of the 10 over the next two weeks, there were still 4 outstanding with one begin turned around in transit by the shipper and returned to newegg for damage by the shipper Laser ship. Of the 6 I finally received 5 were okay and one was damaged by water, the one that was returned by the shipper was returned to newegg and I was refunded 0.00 dollars with no explanation as to why I wasn't refunded the full amount and shipping, 3 are missing and we are out over 900 dollars right now, cant make this stuff up. I will never use Newegg again because they decided to take no responsibility for the shipper they chose to use I did not have an option at check out to use a different carrier, and they wont refund me for the monitor that did show up that is damaged. They say it's past their return window even though the shipper returned one and the other was only delivered last week over 3 weeks from the time I purchased it. It should not be my responsibility to fight with the shipper they choose. That's why I pay them for shipping so they can use who they think will get the product to their customers as quickly and undamaged as possible. RIP Newegg. You lost me, my company, and my clients as a consumer of goods from you. I worked with you for 3 weeks. Now I will dispute the charges with the credit card company. Hope you loose. Ever since you sold out to the Chinese in 2016 you all have been headed towards Tiger Direct status, Well now your there congrats.
Update
After writing several of these reviews on multiple sites and reviewing each staffer that assisted in the shipping disaster, Newegg agreed with me that the Shipper is the one who is at fault and refunded me for the 5 Monitors that were damaged or "lost" in shipping.
I updated Newegg back to up to 4 stars from 1 because prior to this issue Newegg customer service was always on top of the ball when it came to resolutions for Broken, damaged, or lost items. It used to be one call or email would set the ball rolling and they resolved issues almost like it was auto pilot.
I gave 4 stars because the resolution department has to be a little more on top of the ball and pay attention to the history of a claim so the client isn't repeating their selves over and over, or having them make a judgment based on the wrong information because they failed to read or did not have available the entire conversation history for a claim.
I appreciate Newegg doing the right thing and refunding me but I hope to god they never use Laser Ship again. Worst shipping company this side of Uranus.

I ordered a Motherboard for my new Gaming PC, the only other part that was currently still being delivered was the CPU (Which was arriving tomorrow). It said it was delivered, but I checked the front door, nothing. I even checked 4 of the surrounding Apartment complexes to see if it was accidently delivered to them, nothing.
Now, I'll mainly put this on UPS and their stupid delivery system. But Newegg's Agent was very helpful and understanding compared to UPS. Who put me through a loop twice before being able to actually submit a Missing Package problem.
I'll rate this a 5 Star Review once my Motherboard actually arrives, and I'm able to start putting together my PC.

Newegg has variety of computers and parts also. As my laptop has become old, I wanted an external HDD to backup my data on that, so that anytime if I change it or not but my data become safe. Searched and found number of options for HDD but finally had to pick from 2. They are providing good information about the product that even non technical person can understand. Everything went cool but I had to wait for somewhat longer for delivery. But all in all, the overall experience is good.

Got a good price on a lap top but had some issues, they did solve it. So it was good of them. Would recommend calling them with any issues so they solve right away.
I ordered a laptop from Newegg because they offered the best price. Nevertheless, I had to wait a week more than expected. I was afraid that the package is lost but it arrived eventually.
I have purchased many items including a TV set, computer memory, hard drives, DVD drives and more from Newegg. I have never had a problem with them. I particularly like the free shipping included with all my purchases. All my items have been bought directly from Newegg so I cannot comment on buying merchandise outsourced to one of their partners. But I have been very satisfied with them so far. They will most certainly have my business in the future.

Pros: Quick about shipping merchandise and getting it to you. Reliable. Good return policy. Customer service is usually good. Ads online are more accurate than Amazon so wrong items are sold and shipped. What you see is what you get.
Cons: Often more expensive than other online stores. They usually ship small items in a box that is much too large for the item. Selection of software is not as large as some other online stores.
All the items are rather good, the quality suits me. Will be back for more, I think. Cant tell about any negative sides at this point, haven`t got many orders for statistics.

Very nice and promising site, with good service and good products, i got a laptop from there and it arrived in time
My experience for the Newegg App is primarily on Kindle Fire HD 8.9. It is OK, but could use improvement. As compared with viewing the Newegg website through a browser, it seems to have caching issues, slow to browse larger lists of items on special (site versions of email deals). The notifications are nice though and I am glad to also get this app on my Android devices through the Amazon App Store instead of the G-store.
I like the fact that everything I ordered that stretches fits very well and comfortable I will order again.
Bought a phone but the merchant didn't want to return the money I paid. I had to call up NewEgg to get the refund a few times. It took a while, but NewEgg finally refunded my money. I would recommend everyone who returns something to make sure they keep their tracking number, otherwise there is not proof you returned it.
They have good prices and selection, their search tools and product information are good as well. Can't comment on customer service, never called them
Deciding to build my own computer was a great choice. While I definitely put in abit more money than I thought from the start, I am extremely satisfied with the result! Shipping was fast, no issues with service, just wish the website gave a little more details on the specs of each item. Most of what I ordered were bare dimensions and just a rehash of the item title without giving anything more in-depth. Oh well I figured it out lol
Despite of the fact it was a bit better before - the shop is still reliable and good. And accepting multiple e-currencies which is also a great plus.
Its a great website for any one who looks for a great deals of computers, and the prices are really nice its never go above the original price for each item, but they are slow in term of processing orders and shipping, and they don't accept international visa cards.
