This review is about the customer service provided to me by KF. He was professional, thorough, courteous and kind. My sessions with KF spanned two days due to my schedule, and the second day was dotted with a series of dropped phone calls that were the result of passing through "no service" areas while on Amtrak. KF politely called me back after each disconnection. He never exhibited even a bit of frustration. He asked the right questions and gathered information to build my website. If the rest of the team is like KF, I know that my company's website will surpass my expectations.

Bryce and Robin were both terrific to work with and made me feel like they really cared about my site personally. Bryce helped be to choose a product that fit my business and Robin set about gathering information about my existing website with another company so it could be refined with Web.com at a less expensive price.
This is my third web site I am building with web.com in 2 months, having built web site with at least 3 other companies over the years. Everyone you talk to speaks good English, understand the questions and issues. Kayla was no exception. She did a great job interviewing me and we had fun doing it. She had great insight as to what we had to offer, and if she was following a script, it didn't sound like it. Loved working with her and recommend her highly to others. Stay away from this Web.com... nice workers, but service is such a scam... they set up services that can not be cancelled. I'm being charged over $300.00 a month and was told the only way to get out was to pay the remaining months upfront... needless to say I do not have that kind of money... if only I knew before hand and now I am stuck for 5 more months! Money thrown away.
I must say that Erin had a great deal of patience. She went above and beyond in helping me understand everything from a to Z without leaving any thing out. Being as though I facilitate a nonprofit I know about customer service and I know how youre supposed to treat people. Great service and product! It is pricey, but after 1 month I do believe that it is worth the price. I am using the Leadstream product.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
