After suffering for 4 days with a DNS that would not correctly map my domain and point to my new website, with no answers or help from Network Solutions through phone due to a typhoon, or email due to no support email system in existence. I finally reached a live person by phone in sales and he forwarded my call to a real live DNS person, Remy. He is AMAZING! Within minutes he found the problem (www.or@) He is brilliant, and kind, helpful, professional and peaceful. He helped not only resolve a serious issue, but was very caring about my concerns.
