Customer Support... Janet is an outstanding employee. She patiently walked me through the process of changing my old phone number that was a landline. She was able to patiently provide a most outstanding experience, which is not normally the case with your emails. I am constantly being bombarded by phishing emails on a monthly basis. If it were not for Janet, I would have cancelled my services with Network Solutions. It has taken several calls to get to Janet, who was the ONLY professional who was helpful today.

If you go to you very informative website. The Web builder is included in all these plans. Maybe leaning towards a subscription model like go daddy. If so I would recommend updating the what is included language.

3 days, 4 hours on the phone, you screwed up my email account, make it so difficult to get qualified help. Multiple phone number to get nowhere. Started with 3 email addresses, now down to one without my notification. Cost me thousands of dollars, you liability to my losses is not tolled.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
